Boom Beach is a strategy game and combines attacks on other players with attacks against computer based bases. The game's story-line is set in a tropical archipelago with the player on an island with defenses and troops (similar to the gameplay in Supercell's Clash of Clans game) Players can build their base, upgrading their defenses and other buildings, and unlock troop upgrades. Boom Beach includes single player campaign play as well as the ability to attack other players in multiplayer mode. It has been a top 10 game in 22 countries at its launch. The game pits the player vs. an enemy known as "The Blackguard" who are often represented by Lt. Hammerman. Apart from the main aspect of the game, there is also a cooperative form where you create task forces. Everyone must gather Intel (whether it be by surviving or ordering attacks, or by rewards), where then upper classed players then attack bases. Each attack lasts a day, with a varying amount of Intel in order to initiate, and the bases are separated from archipelago. From personal experience shock blaster shreds low level tanks and when you unlock doom cannon, Most people are afraid of it and won’t even attack you

A hotpot is like a better version of a flamethrower. The SIMO is just a better version of a sniper tower.
the shock blaster is a better version of the machine gun, the doom cannon is a better version of the boom cannon
@@clobzz shock blasters are nothing like machine guns. Both are unique defenses unlike anything else

U shouldve made shock launcher in S tier because it can ruin literally any troop combo if not dealth with
And it can really fuck with your seekers in warships as well
Yea shock launchers are the biggest threat in bases , i mean they always get barraged and artilleryed to death everytime
SIMO is A. Counters warrior attacks, has quite a lot of damage so its good against heavies, counters bombardiers and granadiers, has a lot of range. It goes unnoticed, but it actually takes a lot of kills. Underrated
because of how slow it fires, its not actually great against warriors, sure it picks them off even through the smoke, but theres so many warriors that it doesnt really put a dent in them
@@clobzz it alone actully takes out 6-7 warriors (if placed correctly)

I would put sky shield higher, because it can ruin a players tactic because hé cant shock defends, unless hé spends half energy destroying the shield.

I had someone attack me with smoky warrior, I had a sky shield up and they shot a smoke at it and they found out what is does and their warriors got absolutely wrecked by my flame throwers and machine guns lol 😆
I would put the damage amplifier in S tier for the simple fact that all attacks on my base sudenly stoped for the whole duration the prototype was active for the first time i built it
Same here, built grappler + sky shield + dmg amplifier, it was satisfying to watch people use all their gbe against the sky shield and grappler and not have enough to deploy their scorchers, and have their attack fail

The only use for the floatsam was in a much older season of warships, it was a defence based season and the layout I had forced you to go through a corridor and since timings are weird ppl didn't know how to go through it and not die (if I remember correctly people where using hooka alot) I basically got diamond for free that season.
Hey chris I know you won't read this because I'm really late but I just want to say that simo can counter smokey everspark universal remote, you'll have to shock it to avoid it

some defenses really need a buff
I think that sky sheild is very good at low level because you can put the main defenses under it but it’s hard for low level players with all those good defenses to be protected

The critters are the problem...they distract all the cannons and boom cannons! I upgraded RLs, flamethrowers and MGs to get rid of them quickly.

Change machine gun with flamethrower most common strategies as you said are tanks and heavy bomberdiers flamethrower doesn't counter tanks and deals less damage than a machine gun would you said you don't like a tier because shock blaster is there it should be in a if I could I would use it every single time put back up at a tier the doom cannon you will always have to shock it no matter what combination you are using also move down one tier the microwaver it always get shocked with troops with little health but not tanks and bomberdiers which are the most common strategies I also think that the mortar should be up one tier although it doesn't work against heavy troops it counters heavy zooka warriors riflemen heavy bomberdiers and it's good at warships too think about it I think you will agree
I've never even gotten to prototypes, but I feel like that the hot pot should be in S their
it's only got 10k health at lv1 and 20k at max lvl, you can take it down with 2 or 3 artillery before it even starts shooting
The Boom canon deserves S tier. Its such a threat to most of the combos

Yes, boom surprises suck. Kinda disappointed that u didn't put hot pot in S tier and rocket launcher instead
Hot pot is like only useful against warrior loadouts as most of the time it gets outranged. Flamer is much better as it also gets rid of mobs and medics who run to support bullit, also it can only be bombed when it's out (athrough you could bait it with minicrabs)

I don't think that it's fair to rank towers off of whether top players use them or not, it just doesn't seem very fair
