His dad faced tough times as an immigrant from Palestine. He did many jobs before founding Philz Coffee, and then Jacob took charge of growing the family business. Learn how he turned a small coffee spot into 69 locations all over the USA. You don’t need a fancy background-Jacob shows us it’s about hard work, loving what you do, and try to transform your environment.
Get ready for some the inspiration, a few laughs, and, of course, awesome coffee!

hi, i'm in a situation that i can relate to the video and i was looking for help. currently i'm a software developer degree student, but i know for a fact that i'm not really growing and learning the things that matters to me. i always wanted to build my own business. the country and the city where i live are really not made for a startup to grow and to have networking with like minded people. What do you suggest, should i finish my degrees delaying my personal dream an maybe start working on it as a side project or leave, change my environment for places like london or san francisco and go 100% all in?

    Step 1: Have a business-owning parents

yeah the gap between having entrepeuneurs as parents or parents with at least bachelors/masters degrees and just parents that worked a 9-5, It's a huge gap, that makes the work way harder to quit the mindset you grow in, but we'll make it, no worries
