In your mornings skip the moisturiser step just do cleansing and sunscreen all the sunscreens are basically moisturisers themselves. So if you are facing heaviness gladly skip the moisturiser and use it only during night time routine.

The evidence suggests that within 4 weeks glutathione whitening reverses so atleast twice in a month is necessary to maintain the effects(to the best of my knowledge). It is highly impractical.
