  • Recipe here: www.joyofbaking.com/ChocolateF... Stephanie Jaworski of Joyofbaking.com demonstrates how to make a chocolate fondue. A Chocolate Fondue is such a leisurely way to end a meal. I enjoy how you take your favorite fruits, or maybe you prefer a sweet vanilla flavored marshmallow, or even a small chunk of vanilla or chocolate cake or a crunchy cookie and slide it onto a skewer. And then, ever so gently, you dip it into a pot of warm chocolate sauce. Doesn't that sound divine?

    Best channel ever. She always gives the measurements as 90% of the world understands, not only that nonsense that only Americans understand. Thanks!

    Long videos but really informative. I love when you change everything to UK metric measurements. It saves me so much time trying to google conversion charts. Thankyou.

    hi.. first of all thanks for the recipe..i tried it earlier tonight and it was pretty delicious..
    but i had a little problem with the final outcome (i only skipped the sugar and vanilla)..and the fondue was not heavy and rich enough.. so what am i missing here? my guess is that the more chocolate, the more condense.. no?
    im having a dinner party soon and i rly want it to work :(

      You could leave out the milk and even cut back on the heavy cream if you want it thicker.

    • @joyofbaking
      @joyofbaking  5 років тому

      The chocolate sauce thickens as it sits and cools. In fact, if not using a fondue pot, you may have to reheat the sauce as it will become too thick.
