Most of the time it is not even a cruel intention that drives this urge to speak out these things. But sometimes it helped changing miserable situations. My mom is a taurus, my sister a libra, my hubby a virgo - all too diplomatic or too afraid to speak up in order to change a situation. I stepped forward, spoke up, pissed someone off, but it was the best thing in the long run. But 9 out of 10 times I keep my words for myself. Maybe thats whats called "learning and building character". No matter what sign you are and what characteristics this sign has, you can always learn to avoid the downside of your sign.
