This song makes me feel like I’m in 2015/16 again. My favorite years of my life. I wish those years never left シ
It's cause it uses a diminished chord progression, most noticable at 0:20. Lots of older movie/videogame soundracks love this sort of composition. It also makes use of lush strings synth patches as well which is fairly rare in more modern cartoon soundtracks but was extremely common in media from the 90s-2000s.
Two friends of mine who loved this show sadly passed away before the finale. Watching it was one of the hardest things Ive done with any show because of that alone. But it felt like I watched it with them in spirit

this show hits different after it ended, some youtuber posted parts of the episode (also episodes of amphibia) so i was able to enjoy the show, sadly i think they were claimed so hearing the outro is so sad

I think that is the theme when you are visiting all your friends and seeing how good they are and how big friends you are with them, and tell them goodbye forever, like, when Luz return to earth and say goodbye to all her friends a last time (assuming that in the end she wont be able to return to the `The other world`) this song will play
Is sad becouse you are letting something good goes by, but at the same time is nostalgic and wholesome becouse even tho that moment will stop, it will still be on your memories and your heart, you are not sad becouse its over, you are happy becouse it happend

also after amphibia idk if they would go for an ending like that, rehashing themes of "nothing lasts forever", the demon world is less of a fantasy escape for her and more of a home

Yeah it’s sad that it’s over but at least they can still see each other I was so nervous that they wouldn’t see each other again when it ended cause I remember in Amphibia when they said goodbye they would never see each other again but now what’s even cooler they can still see each other I’m so glad this had a happy ending

Yup. I like the intro… but i dont think it represents the show. I think of this as the owl house theme, in 10 years when i look back, this will be the music i think of. Maybe luz’s sacrifice as well. The bells work so well.
This song and her walk home just feel so nostalgic even though it’s only 2 years old. I’m sure that’s exactly what they were going for.

Im sad when watching this show, I feel I grew up watching this how and the themes ideas in this show was something I was exposed to early in my childhood i'd likely have turned out a different person. I don't watch cartoons much anymore but this series has gotten me completely, and I hope any kid that watches this series can look fondly upon this show years later as I do with many shows I have in my youth.

I mean there is a reason for canceling it it didn’t get much love around the globe like it did in the beginning, once the owl house started representing the lgbt community many countries completely stopped airing it and,they weren’t making much money from it so Disney pulled the plug. Disney really doesn’t care about what their fans want they just do it for the money and it’s beginning to show with the end of the owl house
This song reminds me of the night of Halloween when you are getting ready to head out trick-or-treating. It's cool out, the air is fresh, and you're slightly anxious and excited for the night ahead.

It is like this song was crafted in a lab to make you nostalgic for a time that you never experienced.
3 and a half hour later, the finale will premire and I just want to thank the creators for this amazing journey and you fellow fans for experiencing it alongside me. The Owl House gave me a whole new perspective on life. To some people it might seem like just a show but for me, it's a lot more. It's an important part of my life. Now it's coming to an end. I knew that this day would come and tried to prepare for it but I never could. I'm not ready but that's ok. Life is full of things you aren't ready for. You can never be 100% ready for anything but what really matters is the way you react to it.

Gotta agree. After Owl House ended, nothing else has come close. I’m still waiting for that new show to start the new era of Disney channel story-driven shows. I know Hailey’s on it is trying, but it just can’t hold a 🕯️ to Owl House, Amphibia, DuckTales, Star vs FOE and of course the kickstarter itself Gravity Falls. Some day it *will* come.

Same! I watched the show a good few weeks before season 2 came out, and when it did come out, I was vacationing in Hawaii with my auntie, siblings and cousins. Such awesome times.
Here after the final episode. I love this series so much. Dana and her team did an amazing job. Watching this journey has been an awesome road to go on. I'm happy to say I've watched all the way from start to finish, haven't missed a single episode. Been a wonderful ride ✌️
This music…this music, i can’t properly describe how perfect this track is as an ending song, it’s soothing and helps you come down after the episode ends but at the same time it leaves you wanting more.

I saw The Owl House in some internet post, and i reflect about watching it 'cause i already loved Star vs The Force of Evil before and i loved it, so because it looked like i wanted to take a look
Then I saw the entires two first seasons of The Owl House in approximately 24h, it was an absolute piece of love ^^
I feel lucky to arrive just in time to see the third and apparently last season, i'll enjoy it with my entiere soul ! One if not my favorite show ever, far away
