What are 4 things that i can feel? What are 3 things that i can hear? What are 2 things that i can smell? What is one thing I can taste? Take a breathe. Sip a drink of water. Feel the breeze. Listen to the birds chirp and watch the pair of doves snuggle together.

JGD...I had been to AOL workshop once in a hope to learn short meditation technique. I learned Sudarshan kriya which is actually a long process. I even continued practicing it for one and a half months. Thinking to follow this video for a short meditation.
