Im a Polishman who lived in Texas for several years. Fell in love with this song watching Justified series ( multiple times). Many thanks for this demo.
dont know if anyone cares at all but yesterday I hacked my girlfriends Instagram account by using instablaster. You can find it by Googling for instablaster password hack xD

Hey! Ive lived in harlan KY my whole life and started playing guitar recently. So thank you for the help! We ran out of the helmet to this song at harlan county high school. It’s amazing, and now I can play it!
Thank you so much! I have been sitting here trying to figure our Brad Paisley's version and was really struggling with it. I thought it was played in D tuning, but that wasn't working. I searched for a tutorial and found this, which is awesome. It's about time I learned this song because my roots and bloodline are also in the eastern Kentucky mountains, Wolfe County and Menifee County. That's where my parents and all my forbearers came from. Great song - thanks again.
Actually if you tune your entire guitar down a step (D G C F A D), not just drop D, the song works as played by Brad and has very easy chord shapes. Hate to say it but this video isn’t right. I just watched a video of Brad playing live, and his entire guitar is tuned down a step. No capo needed.
Hello, Robbie its Billy Taylor just starting to learn this one with you. I wanted to say I was glad to see you have this lesson because we have been tons of requests for this one and I had never played it. As always thanks, my friend.
I think Brad plays this song with the entire guitar tuned down one step, so no capo needed. You can tell because it’s how he plays it live, plus with a capo you can’t reach the low D which is the first note of the song.
It seems much easier to capo on 5 and play it in Am. Having a Bm bar chord as the tonic chord makes it needlessly difficult. I recommend these chords instead, capo on 5: Am, C, G, D, F, E7. Much more comfortable.
Yes, but this arrangement (specifically the guitar technique) is by Brad paisley. So it wouldn’t be accurate to say that this video is a guide to the Darrell Scott song
@codykondo6973 - it's not accurate at all to say it's a Brad Paisley song. Darrell Scott wrote and "owns" the song. So, it would be more accurate to say "the Brad Paisley cover" but let's give the writer the credit due.
There isnt enough for the show Justifed in these comments so here is is.... Justifed kicks so much ass and this song is so epic when they play it at the end of each season
Hey rob could you listen to “this damn song” by pecos and the rooftops and possibly do a tutorial? I’ve been trying to find one but you’re like the king of country tutorials. There’s this one line where it talks about cocaine and in my opinion you don’t seem like that type but at least listen to it. Please and thank you. 🙏🏻🙏🏻
@@LearnGuitarFavorites "version" doesn't matter. Everyone plays songs a little differently, but that doesn't make it a Brad Paisley song. You may even say "this is a lesson on Brad Paisleys version of Darrel Scott's song". But not crediting the original artist is inappropriate and misleading. You wouldn't say "Here's a lesson on landslide by the DIXIE CHICKS" 😂

Nice cover and tutorial! One of my favorite artists! Could you try “When We Didn’t Have Much” by Justin Moore? Solid song!
Thanks! I've kinda been working on that one👍🎸
