So the 110% as a choice has probably been made to stimulate what, in the end, actually happened: Almost no-one could have paid the works needed to make the super-bonus possible (You basically had to be increase the energy class of your home by 2-3 classes), because it required tens of thousands of Euros who had to be paid before and only after this refunded by the government throughout ten years. So basically who actually needed the bonus wouldn’t have been able to pay, and who didn’t needed it would. So they went for this 110% to stimulate credit assignment. A number of (mainly German) society collaborating with local construction societies started to pay in advance for the work, taking in exchange the credit to profit on the long run by that 10% of margin. If you follow DPA Open Mic - you will find that the "dialectics" is designed into the program/concept of the Open Mic. I never heard of Hegel. Reading it on wiki now, there seemed to be a lot of mentions of the metaphysical - which I do subscribe on a philosophical ground in my own perception of reality - BUT, its entirely irrelevant in the realm of geopolitics. In geopolitics, my world view happened to be entirely similar to realpolitik / realist views - like mearsheimer or bilahari kausikan. As for the videos, I dont think I'm out to promote a philosophy in every single video. Most times, I'm just reporting what is happening.
