How to make chili with a kick

Chili with jalapeños
Four packs chili powder,
four cans of tomato paste ( supposed to tomato sauce but I used what I had)you’re going to have to add a good amount of water if you use paste it will scorch if u don’t
1 can of diced tomatoes
1lbs of kidney beans
2 pounds of ground beef
1 cup bell peppers
1 Cup jalapeños
When doing the beans setting on the instant pot let them just do the 20mins
& let them finish in the chili if you don’t want them pulverized
I like mustard in mine, so I added it just to my bowl the amount I like
