Did the velcro tape remove easily without chipping the paint? Does it keep the crawling bugs out they could come in on the bottom?
@@TracySaysiDrew mine is attached to metal so I’m not sure it’s painted. And yes, the bottom needs a little clearance so it can fall straight, so theoretically, bugs could still crawl under.
Does that Velcro peel right off without damaging the door frame ? I’m moving into a rental soon that doesn’t have a back screen door , so definitely wanting to put one up but without damage when I eventually move out .
May depend on a couple factors. If the frame is metal, you’d just have to remove the adhesive backing. If it’s wood, you use tacks in the kit to attach it to the frame. Seems like it would be small holes. Mine is directly in the sun so the adhesive has built up on the frame but I assume some acetone will remove that eventually

Thanks! It wouldn’t work for that because it is mesh. Great for letting in wind and fresh air but not bugs so it wouldn’t contain smells.
