Ling's Tutorial: how to make elegant wedding sign decor

Steps:
1. Take out one long cane and cut into shorter ones (2 pieces of 1/4 and 4 pieces of 1/8)
2. Tie the cut canes to another long cane with floral wires from top to bottom
(There are several wires at each binding point for flower arrangement)
3. Start from sticking most flowers at the second binding point, like 5-6 flowers
4. Less flowers on other binding points, such as 2-3
5. Add some small accessories from the flower box set
