Who cares if they’re white or black or Asian or already mixed or whatever the heck they are? They’re a human being, they’re equal under God, and they are perfectly capable of loving you back. Love is not a conditional thing. It’s not something you can sit there and try to control like a science experiment. Sometimes it just “rattles your bones.” And thanks to these brilliant ladies for making a beautiful song.
Well said. I find it kind of ironic that the "race," thing is even up for discussion. There's plenty of Bo Diddley influence in this song, before we get round to the video..and there's plenty of "blues," in their singing style.."The One That I Love Is Gone," being a perfect example.."pure," Country, they are not! :O)
