- I show you how to clean out your particulate filter using liqui-moly particulate filter/purge. I know the links are longer than a CVS receipt but here's where you can get your cleaner.

Great video and good work. Usually, you have to clear the codes with obd2 scanner and drive to see if they come back. The valve you want to pump the fluid in is called the :
DPF differential pressure sensor hose. Also check if you have an EGR valve and dismantle this and clean. Then drive it at 3000 revs for 30 minutes to clean and see if codes return. Drive diesels like you have stolen it. By the way, the Expert DPF mechanic in the uk is @ORileysAutos. Also change oil and filter afterwards due to contamination….DPF issues can be symptomatic of so many issues.. and regen is not always necessary

check the steve b turner videos on this. Caustic soda (be careful) / sodium hydroxide will clean most of it (oil/soot) out for you. Whether you can do it through the sensor hole I'm not sure.
Pool acid (HCL) will do the rest of the ash (25% conc with water) but pay attention to Steve's safety precautions (critical).

Your lucky you got up to 60. Mine would only do that down a hill. My last limp mode wouldn't pass 30.....ugh

How you guaranteed for that to even work when others from United Kingdom and some people from the United States can't even get it clean what's your guarantee that you can get it with this chemical

Did the code clear?
There was a couple more issues than the particulate filter needing to be cleaned. after that I ended up taking it to the dealer and they discovered a small leak in a hose leading to the turbo and after a few upgrades to the emissions system it was all covered under warranty and it cleared the check engine light.
@@Absolute_North Can you describe in detail what kinda leak in the hose toward turbo?
@@rambowboy I wasn’t shown first hand the leak in the hose but what I gathered it was probably a fracture in the hose due to some dry rot. It wasn’t visible from the engine compartment and wasn’t big enough to be a noticeable issue when I initially inspected it.
Next time fill it while it’s running.
