Thanks i Needed this cause im just making shit up as i go along. Had a bjj coach tell me for farmer carries to use plates with a towel stuck through the holes instead of dumbells. Found it way harder and Seems to have helped a lot with gi grips.

Grip strength is very underrated 💪🏾 It separates the men from the boys in almost every sport.

When I was 15 to 17 years old my forearms and grip strength were phenomenal. All jokes aside from the jerking off but I used the forearm grip bar with the weight hanging from a rope. Bruce Lee claimed you can increase punching power from forearm strength.
