Pisses me off knowing I’m on less wage on the new contract compared to the old contract, even though I’m doing the same job. And these door to doors, I don’t get paid the supplement but I’m still expected to prep them into my fitting and deliver them. Surely I can refuse?? Starting to regret signing up to the union.
