Vans are packed out with massive multi parcel drops and still expected to fo collections, its so difficult wen you are just placing collections ontop of the parcels your supossed to be delivering. The work is ard and this prb system only seems to help steal your 40 minute break time from you, so you are basically working 10 -11 hours aday with no break
Why do you keep deleting paying members comments? You wouldn’t be in this privileged position without union members.
When are we going to get rid of this ridiculous PRB system that doesn’t work at all?

How do you see Parcelforce Customer Experience being affected by the move to 'One Network' ?
later start times are already in place! (at least at our depot they are!) ....and thereby later finish times (MUCH later in many cases)
Parcelforce is a dying business Aaron Barnes seems to be the only person with any vision. The rest of the management are purely yes men. Parcelforce are now expecting their drivers to handle parcels up to 50kg with no concern over the drivers long term health
Im a postie done a collection the other day 10 boxes 20 kg each no added time and no equipment to help lift them into my tiny van,this lot are a joke.
The union have become Enablers for Royal Mails race to the bottom 😢
Lockers coming in will require less workers and small buildings will be consolidated into bigger buildings thus cutting overheads. Any promises made with this takeover will only last a few years, not for ever.
