Take example the chip overclocking… it is for sure RNG and gambling because they want you to get bad stats so you spend more to get to the chips were you can select Troop Type but not the stats and keep keep spending to get to Ruby and only pick two stats and even then you don’t get to check the percentagee on them and have to spend more on to to make more Ruby’s to them specialize to move some portion of the percentages gained to another stat chosen! Almost all things in this game have gambling aspects used to make you spend to get upgrade what you get and they ise RNG to make sure that there is a reason to force you to spend to get it!

We all been exploited by this corrupt companies business practices. The fact is, we have all poured a lot of money into this game to get our stats up, and for what? To get absolutely obliterated by servers which get preferential treatment due to the country the players are born in??. The truck heist event has completely exposed this company for what it truly is. This is all the motivation I needed to delete this game and never look back. F*** Topwar! Bunch of con artists!
if this turns out to be true, every country/server or however, should file a class action lawsuit against river games. they break rules because the game is about playing against each other. but when two servers play against each other with different rules for equipping each other, it's not a fair fight. so the game manipulates who the winner is from the start. as a player, you are lied to when it comes to buying equipment to become stronger, when in the end you have no chance against your opponent. i imagine, in the EU, this could probably be declared unfair business practices.

Great work T-me. You are 100% correct. We need more events like TC/TCL and Loot. I have too admit, I thought it was bad decision in the first place to merge all of the different regions into one active playing map.
When putting us together with the 3xxxx servers it only creates frustration. The truck event makes me feel that my account is so worthless and that I will never be able to compete in this game, as I can’t even beat a white truck from those servers. I hope they soon bring back the monthly feedback poll and ask how likely it is that I will keep playing.

I am very glad to see this. I thought I was the only one that notice the huge difference between the Newer Servers and the Older servers. The feedback from all the patron here is very reliving. But still unfortunate, most of our feedbacks and suggestions have fallen to deaf ears. I think my account is about 4 and half years old now, it was an exciting start and long and fun journey. With the way things are running now, it is no wonder that people are leaving the game.

That’s the reason I left a comment on your previous video about this topic that Google and Apple should remove this app till it get fixed, and our governments have to put ban on this game/company and similar games. The most problematic issues or possible law breaking aspects of this game are exactly the ones you mentioned well; “unlimited spending”, “gambling/RNG features” and “daily tasks” China is smart to ban those aspects in their own country. And TW has no ethics since they use those techniques in other countries to profit while they don’t use it in their own country
Correct. If it is illegal in your country and TW is piping it in via the Internet then it is a Cyber Crime. Interpole can get to the bottom of it and RiverGames will have to compensate everyone, pay hefty fines, and even pay for teams of EDP Techs to quantify the damages. If favoritism towards a specific race are proven then punitive damages will be added but relative to the country where the infraction(s) occur. If I'm not mistaken, other countries are not allowed to operate in your country without following your countries laws.
You always use the right mind and logic for all players for the sake of justice and equality.. At the same time, Top War does the exact opposite of that in order to get more money in any way possible..!!
A Chinese company that owns rivergame is giving its own Chinese servers cheaper deals.. it looks like rivergame is playing favorites towards its own people.
They tried to adjust the prices for each country/currency. But there was a change in chinese law. So they had to change their business model in China. The japanese version, Vivid Army, is also different. To my knowledge, this was a licensing deal. The only thing they have done last year was to unify the rest of the world. Version like "War Time" were cancelled and players got an account migration code to enter in TopWar.
Great video, this is my first and last time playing a pay to win game I am 100% F2P and have never understood why people give so much of the hard earned money to this Chinese game, I take great care in not buying anything that says made in china, the Chinese are not friends of the west, I won't be playing too much longer because I have hit the wall that all F2P will hit were it is no longer possible to grow around a 150 march size, just past encirclement in the mm tree were you start to need power cores that the game gives very little opportunity to acquire etc, at least I did not give them my money f the Chinese.
Nice video T-me... Rivergame only mistake was to group us with Vivid army servers. They are on a different level and different structure on how they play the game. They need to keep us separate.

I feel the damage is done. A lot people are quitting. A lot of servers dont have enough strong players to fight against super spenders. Issue was always there. The difference between the f2p and spending players was always large (about an year). We keep highlighting it. But RG doesnt want to listen. I think its fair to say that it is a lost cause.

I have spent a few $1000 on this game, which right now i feel i shouldnt have even spent. I would advice any new player to never spend money on this game just play f2p, and you will have alot more fun.
They may have not broken any laws but they have turned the game play to crap. How is it fair to us players that have played for years building our account to be playing servers like that. Servers 2000 or more higher then us and are way stronger cause they can buy it right out instead of us spending and hoping we get what we want. Thousands spent and can't compete with others because of the system they have in place. This is what's making people feel its favoritism to that certain group of servers because they broke the system and made it unbalanced. What they have done should leave them no questions as to why people are frustrated and quiting the game. Those of us who love the game and the friends we have made are highly frustrated are tired of it. River games needs to make it the same across the board and compensate in game for the power differences or flat out keep those servers separate from the rest it's well past ridiculous.

You whine and cry about someone that had the extra money to spend here and there. People on our servers paid them, effectively saying "I don't care what you give us back, take my money as long I'm on top of my server". Well, the whales are still on top of our servers. And now it's time to devaluate their money. We're all turkeys and thanksgiving is coming to ensure there's not too much of us. Why would I care about the new servers? The old servers already treated me as irrelevant, it literally can't be worse. That's the beauty of P2W : once you lose gracefully, you can't lose more when you reach a 100% defeat rate. "If you was smart you'd complain about the newer servers that have been open for way less time and have been able to buy exactly what they want." Why would I complain, exactly? That's exactly the practice people should ASK from rivergames. Since years we ask them to remove the RNG crap and to actually follow the laws from our respective countries. we should receive some compensations, which would bring us closer to the level of a young player or a Chinese player if we end up having fights with them, if there were no reason to leave the game because of differences in power
Top tier over clock only let's you pick chip type, slot and two of the four attributes. I overclocked three slot 6 chips before getting damage +, damage -, and def/def. I have 3 side chips that were not overclocked that are just as good. Two that have attack and hp in two slots. It's still a gamble. In the last 3 days, I refined 3 gear for a total increase of 1% dmg increase. It consumed 9.66%. And three gold gear. The two chips I refined had an open spots available. And the last two slots to finish my army gear (to my level). It's strong but not mbb strong. Not even close lol
Yes. River Game introduced more gambling a while ago. Rng went from bad to worse. Greedy and incompetent. You can see it everywhete. Check your drop rate on regular events. Deep sea hunting for example. Open some premium or elit vouchers for exempl and se what you get. On my server people just hate those bit.....
And it took that long for someone, like T-me, to say what many gamers may already know by experience: Rivergame/Top War unfair competition in giving parts of the Asian region an unfair advantage over the rest of us. Thank you, T-me.
To solve this.. RG needs to separate all Chinese server.. they cannot compete or join the rest of the world.. problem solve. Chinese servers can compete with each other. Cause mixing them up with the rest of the world is neither fair or right. It's just way to unbalance.

You and other well known players should team up and call for a spending boycott until they level the playing field with contest servers, pay us all back, and fix the problems. You have influence, you can hurt them in the wallets.
I wish it would had that much influence. Last riot 15.000 players came and support vs circa 1 -2 million active players . It’s extremely low numbers to make this a priority from Rivergame . Let’s see how the community behaves now …do they come support? The more views / comments we get …the higher the pressure becomes
Ever since they just dumped all servers together it’s been a shitshow. This truck event is just the icing on the cake. I even moaned to customer service that every truck is Chinese and 300 March plus in size. They said it’s based on strength which is bull considering I’m 220 March, they definitely give Chinese servers cheaper prices because to. Get whole servers full of vip16 within three months of server life isn’t possible surely.
Its actually true and Red Dot War aka Flop War or Rivergame is lieing! We faced 3k + servers in a few Events and we had opponents with 47m CP with 620+ damage increase and reduce! They easy killed our 90+ CP peoples. I can post screenshots with the stats. This pushed or gifted servers are playing on the same pool! Thats a shame!

a compromise for the western countries could be: you buy item x after 5 spins (example). the spins 1-4 are rng but ont he 5th you do get the item you want. so you will consider spin 1 is $1, spin 2 is $2, etc. so item x will be $10

The one thing that could help this game would be the „raid type events” where group of players needs to cooperate close. Loot quest is step in good direction but it is too simple and not engaging enough. Then good example is Destiny 2 where the raids are design very well, you teamplay, task, roles, cooperation, good rewards, competition etc. But this vivid servers… these game gives me more and more flustration… when I’m loosing to 100cp international player, I know why. How the hell the Chinese player I’m loosing to with 340 MS and +700% dmg don’t have even supresssion on all units done. It’s a joke. Buffing new and vivid servers is causing flustration for majority of international players. We all need new game …
Couldn't the game be more beautiful if we knew that by buying something for $5 we would be 100% sure that we would finally get what we want? So that there are no lotteries in many events... I don't know of any game that doesn't have a lottery in it

If different rules and regulations apply to different regions then they should call it a different name and not let such players have any interactions with regions of different regulations as it creates an unfair gaming experience. A perfect example of this is the truck heist event. It’s so difficult to find an SSR truck that I can beat. All come from Chinese servers with ridiculous march size, etc. I love the game but how long am I willing to allow River game to scam me out of my money with these ridiculous RNG events? I’m growing bitter everyday instead of enjoying the game. Won’t be long before I quit the game. Why should I invest money on a company whose direction is unclear or one sided?
Its better to close our current account from old servers and play in the new servers. a low spender or medium spender on old servers can catch up to the same strength in the new servers in just 5-6 months. Which means if you have taken 3-4 years in the current old servers , it would take just 6 months to reach the same stage at the same rate of spending. So growth is faster in newer servers. time to quit old servers now
Big mistake from Rivergame revealing to EU and US servers how much stronger Chinese servers are. They have opened Pandoras box. I can understand the law aspect, but it is totally unfair. If gambling games are prohibited in China, then the only way, in my opinion, is to at least double the prices to compensate for the lack of the RNG factor.
Also I wouldn’t say they aren’t breaking any laws either… you don’t have access to their coding or every country’s laws… if the coding used nerfs heroes at any point in the game so it makes you even “want” to get the new hero or the coding changes such as Chip Shuffle to make you spend to get the grand prize, then yes they are definitely breaking the law… the problem is they don’t publish the coding and why it’s ALL server side coding so you can’t prove that they are breaking the law and they have the fact that they are in China and a lot of these games are because it allows them to be shielded against the one country in the world where they are insulted from being sued in international courts… the Chinese government won’t enforce these things!

If they can buy runes etc directly and everyone has full leveled runes, they are just too cheap. If they need to pay 10k€ for a single rune they wont be overpowered.

The first part is not clear from your side. TopWar is talking utter nonsense. They say, that you need 2 types of coins and that you showed just one. But you showed both... and you explained how to obtain them. Then, they say you need 110 + 20 = 130 of these for a hero shard. So all of a sudden, these coins are the same?! These are different ingame currencies. One cannot just add them up - but they did. And they say this is the same amount as in the titan store. So, what does the titan store have to do with this? Nothing, really. A hero shard there cost 130 tokens. Cool. But these are not the same tokens, they have different prices. And in the titan store, you need to pay for all 130 coins. In hero trials on the other way, 110 of these 130 tokens can be had for free. Only the other type, of 20 per shard, are paid. So a hero is 200 paid coins for the 10 shards. 300 coins cost us 4.99 € 600 coins is 7.99€ So this pack for 7.99 is enough to get the coins to buy 3 heroes. 3 proper heroes for 7.99. This means a hero can be as cheap as 2.66€ When a hero is on sale for the second time, they are 20€. After that, they might show up in the titan coin store, where they are even more expensive. It gets more difficult to get the the exclusive skills for these heroes. You would need 8910 free coins for each ES5 + the paid ones. So it comes down to: how many free coins can you obtain? With that, I'm not sure. This is the only open question here. But it works this way: The more heroes you got, the higher your purchase power is with the hero trial event. So yet again, it is whales who get the most out of it. - But an event like this could help older players as well. If you played for a while and got older heroes and their skills, it would be cool to see discounts on newer heroes. They could limit this to a few heroes each time the event comes around AND just allow a discount once per old hero.
I think the content in your video is not objective. This game is an old game in China, it has been around for 7 years. Just like in the United States, there are players who go from the old server to the new server. So it is not surprising that you meet a very powerful Chinese player in the new server. You cannot conclude that the other party bought a large amount of supplies in a short period of time.

Great video, this is my first and last time playing a pay to win game I am 100% F2P and have never understood why people give so much of the hard earned money to this Chinese game, I take great care in not buying anything that says made in china, the Chinese are not friends of the west, I won't be playing too much longer because I have hit the wall that all F2P will hit were it is no longer possible to grow around a 150 march size, just past encirclement in the mm tree were you start to need power cores that the game gives very little opportunity to acquire etc, at least I did not give them my money f the Chinese.

Nice video T-me... Rivergame only mistake was to group us with Vivid army servers. They are on a different level and different structure on how they play the game. They need to keep us separate.

I feel the damage is done. A lot people are quitting. A lot of servers dont have enough strong players to fight against super spenders. Issue was always there. The difference between the f2p and spending players was always large (about an year). We keep highlighting it. But RG doesnt want to listen. I think its fair to say that it is a lost cause.

I have spent a few $1000 on this game, which right now i feel i shouldnt have even spent.
I would advice any new player to never spend money on this game just play f2p, and you will have alot more fun.
They may have not broken any laws but they have turned the game play to crap. How is it fair to us players that have played for years building our account to be playing servers like that. Servers 2000 or more higher then us and are way stronger cause they can buy it right out instead of us spending and hoping we get what we want. Thousands spent and can't compete with others because of the system they have in place. This is what's making people feel its favoritism to that certain group of servers because they broke the system and made it unbalanced. What they have done should leave them no questions as to why people are frustrated and quiting the game. Those of us who love the game and the friends we have made are highly frustrated are tired of it. River games needs to make it the same across the board and compensate in game for the power differences or flat out keep those servers separate from the rest it's well past ridiculous.
Are you kidding? You spent THOUSANDS in a game to get advantaged, and you DARE to complain the game is unfair?
For players like me, the game is unfair since it started, because people like YOU paid the devs because you WANTED the game to be unfair, as long you were the ones on the top.
You have no right to play a Pay to Win game and then complaint that the game is unfair, that's the point of a P2W game : giving cannon fodder of low-spenders to profit from the actual customers. You are complaining that the game is rigged against YOU, not that the game is rigged in general.
@laplongejunior I've spent money over the what 4 years that I have played this game. Mostly to try and stay competitive which I haven't been able to do the last year year and a half. You whine and cry about someone that had the extra money to spend here and there. If you was smart you'd complain about the newer servers that have been open for way less time and have been able to buy exactly what they want. And are far exceeding the power level and march size of the older servers regardless. You nieve enough to play a ptw game and complain to the guy that's a vip lvl 11 over 4 years 😆 these servers get to buy exactly what they want been open way less time and more then likely vip lvl maxed because of it. Complain about that, if you thought the power difference was bad before go against one of those players.

The power difference is totally expected for a P2W game. Those people PAY to get what they want, because they didn't accept to pay for RNG. That's basic business.
When Rivergames proposed you to pay to cheat, did you say "I won't spend until the deal is better", or did you decide to pay to stay competitive no matter what? People on our servers paid them, effectively saying "I don't care what you give us back, take my money as long I'm on top of my server".
Well, the whales are still on top of our servers. And now it's time to devaluate their money. We're all turkeys and thanksgiving is coming to ensure there's not too much of us.
Why would I care about the new servers? The old servers already treated me as irrelevant, it literally can't be worse. That's the beauty of P2W : once you lose gracefully, you can't lose more when you reach a 100% defeat rate.

Why would I complain, exactly? That's exactly the practice people should ASK from rivergames. Since years we ask them to remove the RNG crap and to actually follow the laws from our respective countries. Belgium has a lootbox ban, so I'm happy if our new opponents don't have to use lootboxes.

So what should we do?
Top tier over clock only let's you pick chip type, slot and two of the four attributes. I overclocked three slot 6 chips before getting damage +, damage -, and def/def. I have 3 side chips that were not overclocked that are just as good. Two that have attack and hp in two slots. It's still a gamble. In the last 3 days, I refined 3 gear for a total increase of 1% dmg increase. It consumed 9.66%. And three gold gear. The two chips I refined had an open spots available. And the last two slots to finish my army gear (to my level). It's strong but not mbb strong. Not even close lol
Yea this game is about Top Casino Roulette. Hidden Gambling. Hopefully Governments will take precautions to prevent Hidden Gambling in the games.

Yes. River Game introduced more gambling a while ago. Rng went from bad to worse. Greedy and incompetent. You can see it everywhete. Check your drop rate on regular events. Deep sea hunting for example. Open some premium or elit vouchers for exempl and se what you get. On my server people just hate those bit.....

To solve this.. RG needs to separate all Chinese server.. they cannot compete or join the rest of the world.. problem solve. Chinese servers can compete with each other. Cause mixing them up with the rest of the world is neither fair or right. It's just way to unbalance.

There are still many many Chinese servers which have been implanted where 50 CP player can beat 70 CP player from any strong server

You and other well known players should team up and call for a spending boycott until they level the playing field with contest servers, pay us all back, and fix the problems. You have influence, you can hurt them in the wallets.
I wish it would had that much influence. Last riot 15.000 players came and support vs circa 1 -2 million active players .

Ever since they just dumped all servers together it’s been a shitshow. This truck event is just the icing on the cake. I even moaned to customer service that every truck is Chinese and 300 March plus in size. They said it’s based on strength which is bull considering I’m 220 March, they definitely give Chinese servers cheaper prices because to. Get whole servers full of vip16 within three months of server life isn’t possible surely.

Its actually true and Red Dot War aka Flop War or Rivergame is lieing! We faced 3k + servers in a few Events and we had opponents with 47m CP with 620+ damage increase and reduce! They easy killed our 90+ CP peoples. I can post screenshots with the stats. This pushed or gifted servers are playing on the same pool! Thats a shame!

a compromise for the western countries could be: you buy item x after 5 spins (example). the spins 1-4 are rng but ont he 5th you do get the item you want. so you will consider spin 1 is $1, spin 2 is $2, etc. so item x will be $10

The one thing that could help this game would be the „raid type events” where group of players needs to cooperate close. Loot quest is step in good direction but it is too simple and not engaging enough. Then good example is Destiny 2 where the raids are design very well, you teamplay, task, roles, cooperation, good rewards, competition etc.
But this vivid servers… these game gives me more and more flustration… when I’m loosing to 100cp international player, I know why. How the hell the Chinese player I’m loosing to with 340 MS and +700% dmg don’t have even supresssion on all units done. It’s a joke. Buffing new and vivid servers is causing flustration for majority of international players. We all need new game …
Very easily solved though. Simply stop buying anything from this money sink that they call a game.

Oh, man. If different rules and regulations apply to different regions then they should call it a different name and not let such players have any interactions with regions of different regulations as it creates an unfair gaming experience. A perfect example of this is the truck heist event. It’s so difficult to find an SSR truck that I can beat. All come from Chinese servers with ridiculous march size, etc.
I love the game but how long am I willing to allow River game to scam me out of my money with these ridiculous RNG events? I’m growing bitter everyday instead of enjoying the game. Won’t be long before I quit the game. Why should I invest money on a company whose direction is unclear or one sided?
Its better to close our current account from old servers and play in the new servers. a low spender or medium spender on old servers can catch up to the same strength in the new servers in just 5-6 months. Which means if you have taken 3-4 years in the current old servers , it would take just 6 months to reach the same stage at the same rate of spending. So growth is faster in newer servers. time to quit old servers now
Big mistake from Rivergame revealing to EU and US servers how much stronger Chinese servers are. They have opened Pandoras box. I can understand the law aspect, but it is totally unfair. If gambling games are prohibited in China, then the only way, in my opinion, is to at least double the prices to compensate for the lack of the RNG factor.
Also I wouldn’t say they aren’t breaking any laws either… you don’t have access to their coding or every country’s laws… if the coding used nerfs heroes at any point in the game so it makes you even “want” to get the new hero or the coding changes such as Chip Shuffle to make you spend to get the grand prize, then yes they are definitely breaking the law… the problem is they don’t publish the coding and why it’s ALL server side coding so you can’t prove that they are breaking the law and they have the fact that they are in China and a lot of these games are because it allows them to be shielded against the one country in the world where they are insulted from being sued in international courts… the Chinese government won’t enforce these things!
To clarify, every country has consumer protection acts/laws, but good luck getting the proof from RiverGames…

The first part is not clear from your side. TopWar is talking utter nonsense.
They say, that you need 2 types of coins and that you showed just one. But you showed both... and you explained how to obtain them.
Then, they say you need 110 + 20 = 130 of these for a hero shard. So all of a sudden, these coins are the same?!
These are different ingame currencies. One cannot just add them up - but they did.
And they say this is the same amount as in the titan store.
So, what does the titan store have to do with this? Nothing, really. A hero shard there cost 130 tokens.
Cool. But these are not the same tokens, they have different prices. And in the titan store, you need to pay for all 130 coins.
In hero trials on the other way, 110 of these 130 tokens can be had for free. Only the other type, of 20 per shard, are paid.
So a hero is 200 paid coins for the 10 shards.
300 coins cost us 4.99 €
600 coins is 7.99€
So this pack for 7.99 is enough to get the coins to buy 3 heroes.
3 proper heroes for 7.99.
This means a hero can be as cheap as 2.66€
When a hero is on sale for the second time, they are 20€.
After that, they might show up in the titan coin store, where they are even more expensive.
It gets more difficult to get the the exclusive skills for these heroes.
You would need 8910 free coins for each ES5 + the paid ones.

I think the content in your video is not objective. This game is an old game in China, it has been around for 7 years. Just like in the United States, there are players who go from the old server to the new server. So it is not surprising that you meet a very powerful Chinese player in the new server. You cannot conclude that the other party bought a large amount of supplies in a short period of time.
Ok RG isn't breaking any law. Then its simple, don't put chinese and international servers together in the same events!!!!!. If RG doesn't want do that, because drop of players in the game then give everyone the same game, international same as chinese!!!!. Not this 🙈🙉🙊crap. Ignoring it and hoping it will be alright.
