There are a few possible positions : 2 or 5 or even 8 . BUT definitely on one of this slots 1-2-3-5-8.
You will see players with HT on slot 1 or 3 , especially vs tanks or Navi , I do NOT recommend that

And using the yellow HT with xyston middle , on slot number 2

Yes. It is . The order is good also. You want Po to hit first then marvi ..just in case they will proc

Basically on tanks with : marvi (or striker) + snake (or Leon )
BUT , due to this stupid runes idea , the universal heroes are no longer the absolute best heroes. The unit specific type of heroes are better .
Pay attention in the future or ask / watch my videos
