Loads of parking plus free hookups & water supply
Big campsite also at the bottom with a nice swimming lake etc !

Samoëns is an absolute banger, huge long enduro descents loved it, more like the stuff we have at home, super janky and rooty with little ruts and flat corners and tiny berms, little gully sections etc.
Yep I'm not sure what he is moaning about ? Samoens can be tricky in the wet but has some amazing trails and super fun off piste stuff aswell .

Plus our winters are often drier and warmer than the UK summers.

@@adbrayton Make sure to check out Cable Bay Adventure Park and Wairoa Gorge. There are also some trails out the back of Fringe Hill that would be up your street. Mutleys for one. All in the Nelson Tasman district. Plus you'd love the fishing here. The UK in no way compares on that.
Been going to Samoens for a good few years now and what a place . Obviously its more of a natural enduro type place so if lots of rain then can turn into peanut butter pretty quickly. Got some seriously good off piste stuff aswell. If you are still in France Adam and want to go somewhere really different to the norm then check out La Grave ....its getting a little bit more exposure from Pro riders in the last couple of years but still reasonable quiet .... crazy high from the top lift station and some brilliant trails !
Yeah it’s some spot hey. Huge potential, I think it was our favourite out of the 3 little parks we went to! Sadly home now but I’ll definitely check out that place next year! Cheers 👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼
Was in Samoëns couple weeks back, thought it was a bit sketch how the bottom bit of that red/blue was hiking trail upand down but normal apparently 😂

If I remember you cross a ski slope and enter a wood and it’s Loam and mega fun
