Easy body to lift off, would have thought fabricating and lining up new body mounts to set Packard onto a complete Crown Vic chassis would be less work, and no penalty for minor discrepancies in measurements besides it would go straight down the road complete with balanced braking and suspension parts. Building a jig to lengthen or shorten the frame may have been less involved. You are ambitious. Looks like it should work ok.
