MY favourite motivational speaker once said "Income makes you a living, profits create a legacy". This girl is spot on, it's all about net worth. I wish I met her earlier in life, but it's never too late to start.
I want to hug you! After watching this video I'm naming my car Kidibone 🤣. Starting next year I'm going to start saving as much as possible as I'll have paid off all my debts, including my car.
Saving is very important for a person with a vision and it doesnt matter how much you earn in a month even with a low income you still can put something aside and invest for the future
People who are too quick to criticize dont actually take time to before they speak. This is a straight forward principle..just learn to keep some of the money you make to grow your wealth. Indeed our number is not the same.
Dave Ramsey talks about this all the time! Living below your means and saving as well as living debt free. There are so many testimonials on his channel of ordinary people who have over a million rand in assets by doing jut what you said! Thank you for sharing this!
I saw this advert just last week from a well known financial company hle... they say: "Your income (salary) is your asset...". My jaw dropped literally 😢
Hie nicollete, I really appreciate your videos....I was a mediocre kind of saver not even financially serious to an extent....but iv really been absorbing your videos and i really have changed my perspective on money and my financial status....and kudos on giving us lay man videos that are very relatable.....
Thank you! It's the first time I'm coming across this channel and it's content and yes! Yes! I've been meaning to talk about these things and I'm SOOOOOOOOOO happy I bumped into you! I love this. Thank you very much
Your income is you time.. you exchange time for money. but wealth is the time you have to leave without working... if you can leave for 6 months without working, so you are 6 months wealthy..... by the way, great videos
Hi Nicolette. I was lucky enough to meet my husband with the same financial mindset as me. We recently build our dream house. We had both had a good amount of savings before and did not need a full bond. We are not currently living in said 'dream house' and decided to rent it out for two and half years, while we rent a small studio apartment. Our house will be paid in full in 16months (his salary, my salary plus rental income). My question is, would it have been advisable to first buy a smaller apartment to generate an additional income first? Because when we are done with the house loan, we will basically be starting from scratch again. (at present we are both 30 years old)
i was about to trade in my "Kidiboni" as a deposit to buy a new car before i watched this.....a part of me kept saying screaming... "just because you can pay for something does not mean you can afford it".....keeping my Kidiboni till gives out completely..........
you can. Just make sure you date a person who is willing and open to learning. Introduce her to such videos or attend seminars together and start planning your financial future . Inkinga nithanda ama slay slay lool
i really like your financial advices but some of us do not understand financial language, could you please mention a few investments that one could generate income with, thank you
@deogratias you have to do your own research. Never rely only on what another person says about investments. Just google tax free savings or Easy Equities. Learn and put to practice what you learn. Or go to the bank and ask for financial advise
but to create wealth one needs a job how can you create wealth if you have never made money through a job to create wealth ,some of your advises are misleading folks

why should I waste time saving if someone else can give me the money like banks.
The bank is not giving you money, it's only borrowing it to you. Not forgetting you will need to RETURN that same money...
