What I adore about you is a) your contagious enthusiasm, b) the fact that when inspiration strikes in the middle of a video you completely run with it and c) that your personality is absolutely reflected in your style. You are a true creative and it is absolutely reflected in your clothing choices. 🤩
Karen, thank you for sharing your purchases with us. I love your hauls because they are not overwhelming in the pieces and fashion gluttony, but you give us information on those pieces, and give tips on how to style them and sometimes teach us that it really is quality vs quantity. I really appreciate your wardrobe purges, because its good to let go of some things and then we we can realize that maybe we don't need a replacement. I don't have a big budget, but I have found some online stores that have great pieces like cotton yarned sweaters and cardis that are beautiful and wear well and I can keep them a few years. I have big feet too; size 11w or 41.5/42. this is where I tend to splurge, because a good shoe, well fitting , like a good man, is hard to find in fit lol. Thanks
LOLOL!! at the last line omg LOL!! yes every now and then I think it's ok to re-think our wardrobes to avoid holding onto what doesn't work or fit anymore
1. Cowboy boots make me feel grounded and capable - reminding me I was born on Texas. 2. Body suits - I wear nearly very day. They remind me of when I used to dance and make me feel sexy. 3. Blazers or jackets - a transformative layer. Love you Karen - you have helped me gain confidence with colour and wearing things I truly love. It is now a daily joy to get dressed.
I really like when you said to try on a garment in a shop and you shouldn't have to convince yourself that it is a good piece for yourself. It should FEEL right, basically right away. Great advice!
Definitely! And to be honest, so few pieces give me that feeling right away, which is just another reminder of how selective I need to be when building a wardrobe that I love.
Goodness! You've taught us so much! Shopping the men's department has been priceless advice that I learned from...KAREN! I have found 5 men's suits (AND LOVE!!!!!) that I wear with a lace silk tank in summer or tee and chunky necklace...and a silk long sleeve shirt when its colder...and sometimes a men's suit with a shimmery turtleneck. I have beautiful men's vests that I wear over a men's long sleeve white shirt, leather leggings or skinny plaid pants AND men's brogues. ALL bought from thrift stores. ALL because of...KAREN. Thank you
Wonderful video .. You've got me answering you; chatting along, nodding, smiling and laughing. It's beautiful to see you comfortable and knowledgeable about yourself. This sharing helps others; such a generous gift. I appreciate you. You are bliss. T Y Karen ♡
I invest in fine jewelry, leather shoes, boots, bags and belts, silk garments and scarves, and blazers and coats, then I keep and wear everything forever. My winter coat is a 35-year old Dior that I adore, long and full with tons of beautiful woolen fabric and awesome details and workmanship. I couldn’t afford that quality nowadays, but I don’t have to, the original is perfect.
Just realized how long I've actually known you Karen way before UA-cam. From way back in your blog when we never saw Michael - he was behind the scenes as your photographer and that long healthy hair of yours. And Oh Oliver, RIP... You've been my friend in my head. I feel like we've been neighbors or we went to school together or something and I always wanted to borrow your clothes.
Hi Karen, I agree! Please do more video on finding your style. When I thought about my three items they were: 1. J.Crew silk camisole. I've had it so long the silk started fraying under the arms. So I patched it with a delicate floral black lace and she's back in the race. 2. J.Crew Italian wool coat. I call it my big girl coat...of course it's black. 3. Ralph Lauren riding boots. I just had new taps put on the heels today...and yes they are black too!
I love when you get inspired by one of your creative artist ideas 💡 that lights up in your heart and mind.... it’s so cute....and makes all of us smile....
I just found your channel from the Loeve Puzzle bag reviews, but these fashion/style videos are amazing- your style is so unique, love how enthusiasticyou are when talking about the pieces you love. Such a good message you have for this video,... we should buy things that reflect ourselves and make us happy, not because of any external factors!
I can't like this video enough. I feel with social media and so many bloggers and influencers flooding our feeds, as inspiring as they are, I think it's also contributing to a loss of our individualitly and personal style. I find myself feeling confused, back and forth between various styles because I see them on influencers and think it looks great on them. And these influencers, along with expressing themselves, are there to promote and aid consumerism, after all. The whole thing contributes to a feeling of lack so we keep purchasing fast fashion in need of a trendy fix and a feeling of novelty, then we loose interest and discard. Lately I've been so much more aware of compulsive purchases and have such a strong desire to come back to my roots in my personal style and curate a wardrobe full of totally ME pieces and investment items. But with so much stimulation out there I'm finding it so hard to pinpoint what that is anymore. This video was SO helpful, you didn't push your style, every time you spoke about an item that brought you excitement it made me think of the types of garments and styles that do the same for me. A really great reminder of what items in your wardobe that work for you and really reflect you, should feel like. Very refreshing in a society that now seems so opposite to the concept of personal style and garments that will go the distance. I haven't watched one of your videos in a while and another lovely thing is your passion, brings it back to what expressing yourself through clothing is really about. It's not about copying and having the latest thing because someone else makes you feel like you should. Sad to say, that passion and individualitly it isn't something that prevalent in the influencer world. Great video x
Aw Karen what a fabulous video. 😊 I came across your channel earlier this year & now I love Tuesdays & Fridays as it’s like catching up with a friend about the things I love. I love your passion for fashion & the joy it gives you. Your videos always make me smile. My three go to items in my wardrobe that are ‘me’ are blouses, coats/jackets & dresses.
I love fringe too, but was advised to give up my fringed jacket years ago because I was "too old" to wear fringe! I gave that jacket away, but now I know better. My friend knitted me a black scarf, and I had asked her to make it long! I love it and it is still the one that I wear every winter! Lately I've been shopping my closet more! They are all me! I'm just finding new ways to wear them!
Ok, thanks Karen this is helping me because I need to do a HUGE purge and I've used few different tricks to help me get psyched up so I can make those tough decisions: From Tim Gunn, "is it soul-stirring?" and, also, 'pick as if packing for a trip to Italy'. My defining pieces are accessories: 1 - Dries ankle boots that I wore and continuously repaired for 10 years, literally until people were laughing at me. 2- black beaten-up fedora 3 - Old Comptoir de Cottonniers camel-ish coat with a stand up collar that I bought on sale. *BONUS* probably a crazy-patterned button-up shirtwaist-y DVF dress that I bought at a sample sale. Side note: I had a VERY similar pair of vintage crocodile shoes that in high school - but they were olive green!
I came home from an estate sale last year with a vintage aviator jacket from the 70s. My DH looked at it and his first words were, "OMG, that is SO you" - so I knew I got it right! Thank you for being one of the few youtubers who doesn't make us feel pressured to go buy everything you just bought. You keep it (and us) real, and encourage us to be true to ourselves. Thank you Karen, you are the best!
Karen that beaded Fendi bag is EVERYTHING!! 💜✨I can’t help telling you this every time I see it. Out of all the things in your closet, that’s my absolute favorite.
I have been following you since 2008 from your blog. Since you had an office job if you remember the post when you stopped working in the office . You inspired me to go to vintage shops. It's so good to hear you talk about the clothes.
I love everything preppy and classic. 1- penny loafers, I wear almost daily. I added penny loafer mules recently and they just fill me with joy. 2- v necks. I am quite busty and have found them to be flattering for me. 3- Barbour or other waxed cotton style of utility jackets and vests (just think English countryside). Great vid!
I’ve always had my own unique sense of style. I’ve been a little more cautious of what I’m wearing lately, because I’m going to be 30 next year... But seeing your videos and how you can rock ANYTHING and you just don’t care... I LOVE IT!! So, I’m embracing my 30’s with style! Thank you for sharing your uniqueness with us all 🤎
Age is truly just a number. I am almost 60 and there is very little I wouldn’t wear. I am lucky as I have always been plump so I have always had to be inventive. That has been a far bigger challenge than my age.
three things I always wear: 1.)have a silk large leopard print - had it for 35 years 2.) faux fur long coat - wear it every below zero day - had for nearly 25 years 3.) Coach bag
Yes I see it .. looks wonderful I love the fact the bag is crossbody too and oh that shirt looks so soft and warm !! ..Thanks Karen you give me so many styling idea's to adapt to my own style x
1 Chunky/masculine boots (for the past 18 years I've had at least one pair in my wardrobe and they are perfect for summer festivals too...so an all year round staple) 2 Trench coat (it doesn't get much cold where i live (Azores!!!) so i wear them from September to June... :) 3 Shirt dresses (mandatory pockets!!) - I wear them over pants as a tunic, open as a jacket or as a dress obvs all year round!!!! 4 staple in my wardrobe....watching your videos for inspiration!!!! Love you!!!
I love fringe, as well. I love the movement of pieces with fringe. I have several pieces I have had for many years and will continue to keep them in my wardrobe.
I invested in black fringe suede boots that I LOVE. Most of my "investments" are just thrift finds that I pay more than normal for, like my cream wool coat with fur collar that I paid $20 for! ;)
Thanks for talking about investment....something for me to consider. I love pleated skirts and A-line dresses.... fitted at the top but loose over the hips regardless of the trends. Thanks for sharing the info.
I'm so happy, I found you, a couple of years ago 😍 I had no Idea of fashion, style bodyshape, layering... Passion!! I was unconscious, unhappy with my style (I even haven't had one!!). Through your inspiration I found a perfect style and builded a perfect wardrobe for me. I started to thrift not just basics but also many garments that give me a huge thrill, make me happy and are so ME!! Thanks a lot, Karen 💕
I have invested in many items. A Burberry Trench A vintage 1969 suede fringed jacket A vintage silver Tiffany & Co bracelet A Fendi leather band watch And so many more.... All of these were thrifted from my local stores & online thrift/second hand stores. Quality is an investment of a lifetime. None of these items will leave my collection until I pass away😊
1-Animal print (leopard or snake), specially shoes 2- statement handbag (usually loud color or shape) 3- faux fur coats you are so amazing! Its really like we are talking as friends over a cup of coffee. So real, so natural! No script :)
I will always wear white sneakers, white pants, and white blouse, no matter what season or style trends there are. I don't necessarily wear them together; although, I may wear them together in the summer. Other pieces I wear are long black boots, red sweater, dark blue jeans, gold medium hoop earrings, denim jacket, and denim vest. Another set would be black bag, white bag, and black dress. Of course I have other items I like to invest on. I just added a silk printed scarf, a cashmere plaid scarf, and snakeprint belt to my collection. Every year I add something I can wear for years to come. I love fashion and it's one of the ways I have to express myself without saying a word. By the way, I love fringe and I have a fring bag. The ivory shacket is to die for. Love your channel 🥰👍.
That black suede fringed jacket is everything😍I also love a really good fringe, but it should be right, and in a nice suede because I am picky😊, and that jacket has it all, such a beauty!👌💕
My favourites ( perfected under Karen’s influence) are man-tailored clothing, platform shoes and hats. In summer it’s Converse and my mad collection of bracelets. So much fun!
Yes, I buy & keep the pieces that are me! I like a great deal of your choices too. I was in Zara recently and I said to myself "that's a Karen dress"☺️ I've got my coats that are so me and 2 Fendi bags I thrifted that I won't be departing with either. Thanks for sharing.✨
3 things I always wear: high top sneakers, gold jewelry (always!) and high waisted jeans/bottoms. Thanks for reminding us to reflect on our own style. I love that about your posts!
The camel bit makes me laugh every time! Three statement pieces: Well made wool sweater ( no crew necks), the dress or skirt that looks like I've walked out of a book or movie (think Ginger Rogers, Belle, Katniss Everdeen. ) and fingerless gloves (because I'm always cold but like to write.)
I loooove your style to bits! I live in Florida and I'm always wearing a blazer no matter what's going on outside lol 2. I'm a fedora girl with a large collection and still adding 3. Silver jewelry...I have the same necklace, diamond studs and bangles on all the time since the 90's now I add an extra gold necklace and a few gold bangles for a mixed metal look but silver is my main and makes my complexion pop. 4. Silk shirts lol had to add a bonus!
I've recently started wearing blazers, twenty-plus years after having to because my school uniform included one (which is enough to put anyone off something for life!). And today I put my Converse on for the first time in months and it just felt like me! Not sure of my third thing - comfy trousers, perhaps, whether jeans, chinos or corduroys. I'm really not a skirts person!
I always watched your street fashion to be inspired. Tonight I watched a few episodes of fashion advice and thrifting. My three types clothing pieces that definitely define me. Lace tops, stripes and black
"There is no one else like me." Yep! :) I guess you expierenced this, too : The magic moment, when you put on the coat, carry the purse etc. and the energy in the room rises by 200%. The SAs fall silent because they digest what's going on. Her and this .... coat/purse ... Perfect match. Because it's you. Just like you and the Horsebit purse.
3 staples in my wardrobe 1. Natural materials or blends 2. Burnt orange 3. Mom jeans, seriously so flattering for my body shape and it’s just love at this point
Karen, my 3 things style cues that divine my style are:- 1: Hats, I’ve always warn them and rarely wear an outfit without one. 2: Velvet, I love the flattering lustre, the way that colour is transformative on the fabric. I have jackets/ skirts/ coat and scarves 3: Accessories -my size & shapes changes a lot sadly, so these have been a staple.I have numerous gloves, scarves, shoes, handbags.... many year ago when I worked in London, I found a beaded Fendi croissant handbag like yours, in steel Grey. Still wear it and it make me feel invincible whenI do, what a find & investment 🥰💕 Bonus Cue: like you Karen, I like me some contrast stitching & contrast dias binding 😜 My style has evolved with my lifestyle over the years but these are my constants... with age, my style confidence is blossoming, I’m currently in my “phase” of experimenting with bold colours. Contrast, colour outfits. Great episode, as always Karen.... 😘
OMG, Karen! You just flipped my on switch, i.e., now I know how to precisely carve out my own style! I'm almost there, now. My 3 most favorites are: 1. blazers 2. edgy, edgy boots and 3. fur/faux fur coats. The rest can be minimalist...these differentiate ME. Thank you for the clarity!!
Those LV brogues! Loved them from day one! Theeeeen I saw you in them...OMG! I was having sleepless nights. So glad when the Mr surprised e with them for my birthday! Will defo get my mileage out of them!!! Karen made me do it😜
Karen, that paisley coat looks so much like Etro. Look up the Etro FW 20-21 show on UA-cam and tell me that it’s not the coolest thing you’ve ever seen. The way they interpret the western vib is just so incredible...
I could listen to you all day!! I love your style and how you encourage individuality. You are so right, shop for your style and no one else! I love how you can pull off the chunky Dr. Martin's....it's so 1995 grunge meets today and I'm here for it!! Love love love!!❤❤❤
Loved this vlog. It really is an individual thing. At aged 55, I still love jeans. I also love a good quality blazer and silver jewellery. This is what I always feel good in.
Coincidentally, I bought a wide fine-knitted black scarf today! I either lose them, or tear them up in the car door or mangle then in my office chair (wheels). This year, I bought an un-fringed one. Hoping to hold on to it a little longer than the last one..
Yes,I love the stuff that I bought ‘cause it’s me plus I don’t see me coming or going ‘cause everyone are wearing or using it!Karen thank you love for sharing 🤗💖🌷
White Woolrich reminds me of the leather one you've worn. Please show the brown bag with fringe behind you. Love watching your videos and Instagram. You always look amazing
Hi Karen loved the video as always..... it made me think of what I gravitate toward and that is ,,,, 1) wide leg pants and jump suits 2) maxi and midi dresses 3) Long coats and trenches. Thanks for always giving us great style inspirations that helps us all to realize that everyone is special and unique, have a great weekend and see you next Tuesday :)
I am addicted to these three things for sure- a tuxedo 🤵🏾 jacket, booties with kitten 🐱 heels and altered old lady 👵🏾 dresses in midi length and bonus - cocoon shaped(draped) kimonos 👘 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Hi Karen! My name is London and after watching this, I really considered the three constants in my life with my fashion. I live in quite a small, closed minded community and as a fuck you to their values, I have picked up my own unique style that rejected the norm. My style is safe compared to all the incredible people that dare to stand out in your street style videos, but it is me. I have a love for all things vintage, but as a plus sized person, I don't have a variety of options, so I simply choose bright colors that will make a statement or men's clothing and add pins or rips to create my own spin on things. I also tend to wear chunky shoes because my feet are so awkward and I find chunkier shoes are more comfortable for my flat feet, but also to create the illusion that indeed I don't have Fred Flintstone feet. Lastly, I tend to wear music related tees under vintage outerwear with trousers simply to gauge what other people seek refuge listening to in their spare time. I want to work in the music industry, but I am so incredibly awkward that I feel band tees are my safety net for conversation topics. Everyone loves music (except my grandmother that I am convinced does not have a soul), but everyone does not listen to Squirrel Nut Zippers and Mississippi Fred McDowell in their free time.
Thank you so much, I consider doing that more and more. Finding songs that fit scenes I picture in my mind is my favorite pastime. I think it would be interesting to write prompts each day that correlate with mood, an outfit, and whatever outfit a song and artist match to (but not Party in the USA wearing red, white, and blue type of looks). I truly hate half assing things, so stay tuned for when I get an actual camera to capture that. Take care Bea, you've awakened the creative beast that hides behind mounds of unremarkable Neflix series' that are long over.
@@travelandlaughs9281 Yes! I love their pieces, but my mom get's a lot of vintage pieces for her vintage clothing and antique shop, so I find myself choosing that route over ModCloth just out of convenience. I also have trouble picturing my body type when I go online shopping because while I am plus sized, I am not blessed in the cleavage dept. I am an A-cup, possibly sister sized B, but that is depending on whoever sizes me and wants to play fairy godmother to name these as bippity boppity b cups. I just tend to choose more expensive pieces in person, so I don't have any regrets. Quarantine has been awesome for my bank account.
I really started developing my style after watching your videos a few years ago! And you inspired me to have my 3 staples: Camel Coat (investment piece); Leather Trench Coat (thrifted); and Man looking loafers (investment piece). You're the best!!
Three staples:
1. Chunky boots (since 1990 😂 )
2. Silk blouses
3. Wide legged pants
What I adore about you is a) your contagious enthusiasm, b) the fact that when inspiration strikes in the middle of a video you completely run with it and c) that your personality is absolutely reflected in your style. Absolutely yes! And that's why we love your thrift shop & street style videos, unique & individual! 🤗

2 Trench coat (it doesn't get much cold where i live (Azores!!!) so i wear them from September to June... :)
3 Shirt dresses (mandatory pockets!!) - I wear them over pants as a tunic, open as a jacket or as a dress obvs all year round!!!!
4 staple in my wardrobe....watching your videos for inspiration!!!! Love you!!!
Yes, I see it👀!!!! 😍Love wearing white in the fall/winter! 1. My 20+ year old trench coat
2. Black loafers
3. Leather
😍😍😍😃😍😃😃😃
I love fringe, as well. I love the movement of pieces with fringe. I have several pieces I have had for many years and will continue to keep them in my wardrobe.
I invested in black fringe suede boots that I LOVE. Most of my "investments" are just thrift finds that I pay more than normal for, like my cream wool coat with fur collar that I paid $20 for! ;)
I love gold jewellery, a great bag and multi-purpose footwear.
There is definitely no one else like Karen! One of a kind.
Loved this Karen! You should do a video where you take a person who isn't sure of their style shopping to help them. Would be fabulous! X
A Burberry Trench
A vintage 1969 suede fringed jacket
A vintage silver Tiffany & Co bracelet
A Fendi leather band watch
And so many more....
All of these were thrifted from my local stores & online thrift/second hand stores. Quality is an investment of a lifetime. None of these items will leave my collection until I pass away😊
1-Animal print (leopard or snake), specially shoes
2- statement handbag (usually loud color or shape)
3- faux fur coats
you are so amazing! Its really like we are talking as friends over a cup of coffee. So real, so natural! No script :)
Your videos are what I look forward to every single tuesday and friday! I always get so excited when I see you've uploaded a new video
That black suede fringed jacket is everything😍I also love a really good fringe, but it should be right, and in a nice suede because I am picky😊, and that jacket has it all, such a beauty!👌💕
same it MUST be the right combination for it to work!
My favourites ( perfected under Karen’s influence) are man-tailored clothing, platform shoes and hats. In summer it’s Converse and my mad collection of bracelets. So much fun!
Yes, I buy & keep the pieces that are me! I like a great deal of your choices too. I was in Zara recently and I said to myself "that's a Karen dress"☺️
I've got my coats that are so me and 2 Fendi bags I thrifted that I won't be departing with either. Thanks for sharing.✨
Dr Martens, White T and Jeans are my staples. Fantastic video Karen. Always inspiring! Xxx 💖😊🙏
That white/ivory fringe coat. So yum. That little hobo(?) bag, perfection. I am learning lots from you.
Yes Karen...and there is no other me..I still have my 80's designer clothes..my wardrobe is very unique
3 things I always wear: high top sneakers, gold jewelry (always!) and high waisted jeans/bottoms. Thanks for reminding us to reflect on our own style. I love that about your posts!
That white jacket with the black buttons is Everything Sis
That Paisley coat...to die for!
I agree to invest. I have a rain coat that I bought in the 80s and every time I wear it I get compliments ❤💚💜💙💛
I loooove your style to bits!
I live in Florida and I'm always wearing a blazer no matter what's going on outside lol
2. I'm a fedora girl with a large collection and still adding
3. Silver jewelry...I have the same necklace, diamond studs and bangles on all the time since the 90's now I add an extra gold necklace and a few gold bangles for a mixed metal look but silver is my main and makes my complexion pop.
4. Silk shirts lol had to add a bonus!
UGH! I love your Ulla pants.... I am so bummed they were out in my size!! :)
Hi Karen, that white coat is everything!
I can really see it with all black underneath. Your own brand pants with chunky boots and a polo top. Yeah!
I love all your new pieces. Great video.
Karen your videos are the absolute best! Your insight has made a whole difference in my wardrobe from here on out ! ♥️♥️
So glad!
1)Slinky pull on pants
2) Slinky pull on tops
3) Black clothes, mostly pants
"There is no one else like me." Yep! :)
I guess you expierenced this, too : The magic moment, when you put on the coat, carry the purse etc. and the energy in the room rises by 200%. The SAs fall silent because they digest what's going on. Her and this .... coat/purse ... Perfect match. Because it's you. Just like you and the Horsebit purse.
3 staples in my wardrobe
1. Natural materials or blends
2. Burnt orange
3. Mom jeans, seriously so flattering for my body shape and it’s just love at this point
You are so refreshing... Great channel
Karen, my 3 things style cues that divine my style are:-
1: Hats, I’ve always warn them and rarely wear an outfit without one.
2: Velvet, I love the flattering lustre, the way that colour is transformative on the fabric. I have jackets/ skirts/ coat and scarves
3: Accessories -my size & shapes changes a lot sadly, so these have been a staple.I have numerous gloves, scarves, shoes, handbags....
many year ago when I worked in London, I found a beaded Fendi croissant handbag like yours, in steel Grey. Still wear it and it make me feel invincible whenI do, what a find & investment 🥰💕
Bonus Cue: like you Karen, I like me some contrast stitching & contrast dias binding 😜
My style has evolved with my lifestyle over the years but these are my constants... with age, my style confidence is blossoming,
I’m currently in my “phase” of experimenting with bold colours. Contrast, colour outfits.
Great episode, as always Karen.... 😘
I love your unique individuality.....forging your own path in everything you do 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Karen made me do it😜
oh wow a surprise birthday gift!??? that's fantastic! they're so comfortable right?
OmG that paisley coat, Karen! 😍
Karen, that paisley coat looks so much like Etro. Look up the Etro FW 20-21 show on UA-cam and tell me that it’s not the coolest thing you’ve ever seen. The way they interpret the western vib is just so incredible...
OMG I saw!!! amazing!!! *** Karen clutches paisley coat****
I absolutely love Victorian/Edwardian blouses. The more lace and pouf, the better!
Loved the vid Karen!!! My signature items: a jumpsuit (ALWAYS); any kind of pantsuit (A MUST); and earrings (CANT LEAVE THE HOUSE WITHOUT ‘EM)!!
I just love Karen. You're so transparent!
I could listen to you all day!! I love your style and how you encourage individuality. You are so right, shop for your style and no one else! I love how you can pull off the chunky Dr. Martin's....it's so 1995 grunge meets today and I'm here for it!!
Love love love!!❤❤❤
This is my first video of yours Karen and I wanted to say that I love your bright and upbeat energy!!!!! God bless you!!!!
That Jacket you thrifted that appears in the intro!! What a gorgeous piece that is!! How exciting it must have been to have found that x
The three things I always wear Calvin Klein camel blazer , blk boots, patent leather Mary Jeans.
I just love watching your vlogs, you always find the most beautiful pieces 💖
Loved this vlog. It really is an individual thing. At aged 55, I still love jeans. I also love a good quality blazer and silver jewellery. This is what I always feel good in.
An oversize blazer, a spaghetti straps top, and a pair of extra comfy sneakers are my staple through times.
That camel coat is identical to the one my father had and I wore too, 27 years ago❤🐫
God I remember the camel 🐪 coat video !!! Hahaha the best
OMG you saw that video?
I saw that as well. Good times.
White Woolrich reminds me of the leather one you've worn. Please show the brown bag with fringe behind you. Love watching your videos and Instagram. You always look amazing
Same, just love looking at that bag, looks so beautiful!👍
Hi Karen loved the video as always..... it made me think of what I gravitate toward and that is ,,,, 1) wide leg pants and jump suits 2) maxi and midi dresses 3) Long coats and trenches. Thanks for always giving us great style inspirations that helps us all to realize that everyone is special and unique, have a great weekend and see you next Tuesday :)
I love being a public school teacher, but DAMN I wish I could afford those Ulla Johnson trousers! I just LOVE them!
When i try new clothes if I don’t love it more than the outfit I’ve taken off to try it on then I don’t buy it. It has served me well so far!
You should consider writing a blog as a form of communication-your writing style is very expressive 😊
Have you looked at ModCloth online? I know they carried plus sizes and pretty much their whole site is vintage- inspired! 😁
London, sounds like you have great style. Keep on doing you. All the best from Canada.
I love the throwback pics! My 3 are ankle boots, Jean jacket, and cross body bag.
That Fendi baguette is gorgeous.
3 things I wear all the time. Sterling Silver Jewelry * Flowing Blouses * Smart looking shoes
I love that you know your signature go-to's : )
"Invest in pieces that's you!" Love it!
That reminds me of the winter white outfit she wore in the last episode of Queens Gambit!
1. Wide leg trousers, 2. non-belted coats 3. chunky shoes or boots
that black leather trenchcoat is so bad-ass, love it
thank you for doing videos like this, you're such an inspiration and you make me more confident!💗 i really need to get a white bag :)
I really started developing my style after watching your videos a few years ago! And you inspired me to have my 3 staples: Camel Coat (investment piece); Leather Trench Coat (thrifted); and Man looking loafers (investment piece). You're the best!!
