Dear god, I have been using the Internet for so long. I have not decided to search for this kind of footage.
I only see him in pictures in textbooks and at one point I even wonder if there's a footage of him.
Now that I watched this, I'm surprised to see him moving and speaking like his old pictures from the textbooks came to life.

Sobrang ganda po boss. Even though iba yung gumawa, on point talaga yung movie. Maramdaman mo talaga yung mga nafeel nina Quezon at Alex Frieder sa mga naencounter nilang mga ups and downs sa pagsave ng mga refugees. Di ka talaga magiging regretful sa huli boss. It's really worth it! The story of Quezon made me so proud as a Filipino.

ON
FILIPINO NATIONAL LANGUAGE DECEMBER 30, 1937
" Today there is not one language that is spoken and understood by all the Filipinos, nor even by a majority of them, It is unnecessary for me to demonstrate how essential it is for our people to have one language that can be used by all in their daily intercourse. Such language cannot be either English or Spanish, except perhaps, if ever, only after many generations and at a very great cost. We cannot wait that long."
