Basically giyuu was drunk so he took of his shirt and his pants while forgetting that he took his shirt and pants off since he was drunk. In the video however, it was implying that giyuu and sanemi did the dirty while they were at the party and giyuu didn’t remember because he was drunk but sanemi did.
