I knew you were a double dipper. lol, I used to make something similar back in the day at mom's restaurant. Seems so long ago I forgot all about them. Anywho, Thanks for jarring the memory. Such good times. Cheers.
Why do I love croutons so much? It's because of the crunch, and the savoury flavours they absorb. Those crouton fries look so good, as does the dip. Cheers, Ry!
My wife eats croutons out of the bag ( store bought ) We watched Your video together.... Those look Delicious.... Great video as usual! Thanks for sharing! 👀🔥
Funny thing is that as my first job as a dishwasher, I did a lot of prep cook and one was croutons, they are delicious! They also included Ry with an e. Those look fantastic Ry with no e and the sauce sounds perfect, blue cheese is tangy and funky and so very good. Excellent video.
Man these look good, will have to try this one out soon. Just wanted to say thanks for all the content Ry, I just stumbled upon your channel this past week and decided to get my first grill of my own, weber kettle based off of someone the cooks you have done. I have been trying new stuff every day. My first long cook is hopefully going to be Saturday if the weather is nice with a pork picnic shoulder. I pretty much have the grill, coal, and some wood. What tools are just must haves for this cook? I know I need to grab a good temperature probe before then. Anyways thanks again for all the content looking forward to working through your backlog and kf course your new videos!
@@CookingWithRy thanks for responding, also browsing through you store did not realize you we re an author and screenwriter as well. Now I've got to pick up a few books to read while I'm watching this pork smoke. Hope you're having a great day and thanks again for the advice!
@@CookingWithRy was just thinking if they were already dried out it would make it easier to not saturate them as much in oil and keep it at the surface.
@@CookingWithRy thanks. You da man, and if I am ever down there (I'm in nocal) I'd love to cook with you sometime. You have expanded my cooking by miles over the last couple years. And I only use a weber kettle. I was actually the one who asked you to do that back to basic weber video. :)
I can't eat a salad without croutons and grated sharp cheddar cheese! It's a must! I would devour all of those by myself, no problem 😋
I’m with you on that 👍
If RY AND Russ approve then it MUST be good !
You just made my day with this idea! A bag of croutons rarely make it to a salad at the Beaver Lodge 🤤
GENIUS !!! I gotta try these RY ! Thanks for sharing
That's just genius. And I'm still evaluating your music change ups! Was like Vince Gauraldi trio at the wine bar. Good stuff Ry, thank you 😊!
Nice and crispy snackitizer!
Great, keep up the apetizers and side dishes. Very tastly and look forward to doing this. Thank you Ry.
Glad you enjoyed it :)

I did too! And I still load up on croutons!

I'm a bag eater, too :)
This is something I know I’m going to love and want to make before the video even starts.
What an amazingly simple recipe. As a fellow cruton enthusiast, I approve of this.
Glad you liked it!
Delicious!
Those look really tasty Ry and the dip is spot on. I’ll bet they would also be great with a spaghetti sauce dip!
I was thinking that, too. A nice marinara dip :)
Snackattizer for the win!
Nice and delicios! Greets from Bavaria.
Looks good! Yum!

If I was prepping croutons, they'd never make it to the dining room :)
Snackatizer, trade mark that one! looks like a good snack.
Great! 😊
Great idea Ry! Those look delicious!
Thanks!
Hi Ry, great video! I'd be curious to see your take on pretzel bites/beer cheese sauce.
this is genius.
Ry, yes yes and yes!!
I love blue cheese!!
Yummy
“Crouton fries” genius
Nice
Reminds me of garlic bread
I can totally see a spicy version of these with a creamy smoked BBQ dip...hmmmmmm....
#snackattizer That’s awesome!
Going to do this. Ty Ry

The temp probe is very helpful and good grill gloves 👍

How well would this work if you let them sit out in the air to dry for several hours before coating them? Definitely making this.
That would work. In fact I've done that before :)
@@CookingWithRy was just thinking if they were already dried out it would make it easier to not saturate them as much in oil and keep it at the surface.
@@vivictus7165 It doesn't seem to saturate too much with this method, but getting them dry first doesn't hurt :)

Double Dip anyway. Just don’t tell em! Hahahahaha
A little bit of lettuce, tons of croutons then dump thousand all over everything
