Completely agree. He is bad in English but he is trying. And in Indian villages, they don't get any environment to talk. Whatever there teachers tell they learn it blindly as they don't have many options as well.

Those who are taking this as a funny stuff, shame of you guys. The guy who publicly posted the video is the most illiterate. Many rural areas in India don't have proper education and are not confident in English or any other foreign languages. If you look from that perspective, this guy is brave enough to take the interview, knowing that he has not a grip over English. Maybe the situation he is belonging is not Economic friendly. Hi everyone. While I am tempted tonjoin this great Ridicule club , I can't ignore the following facts..
The company interviwing is a fertiliser company as the lady herself tells in the end. So his linking his background as a farmer and passion for fertiliser is not irrelevant.
It's true that his english is bad. But he is from a farmer background and seeking job for the first time. No one at home or even in the village may be educated as much as he is. More than 70% of the India is associated with agriculture. The day farmers stop farming and start ridiculing us for not knowing how to grow our own food, the disaster will be worse than covid.
Anyway, how can the company release this video to public and shame him like this. He can sue them. In fact their act is more unprofessional than his unprofessional language.
Is it not a shame that we ridicule a person for not able to speak the mother tongue of the invaders and destroyers of India. No one would have ridiculed him if his Hindi is so bad. Are we so much Angrez ka auladh and still bend backwards to protect the integrity of their language..The ruthless killers gunned down many of our forefathers and looted our wealth as recorded in our history. And here we are.. doing this service to them still.. condemning those who can't speak their language properly. Welcome East India Company II.
