That looked absolutely fantastic,just off the night shift and craving this. I usually make a beef broth with the juices off the beef and use rest for gravy.Great vid guys👌

Happy Easter. Never had mushy peas with a roast dinner but will have try. I like them. Add some mint sauce if having with lamb. Also like mashed carrots and swede.
