So how did Jack explain why the bank delivered him $20K of Sally's money right before he vanished. I know he gave her $100K when he got back, but she just didn't remember how angry she was after that? What was his explanation?
Taylor pops in unannounced in Brooke space (at home, work) more than Brooke drops in on Taylor. Brooke is at the house on Ridge's request. Brooke is on this trip at Ridge's request. Brooke still lives in LA because Ridge stopped her from going to Paris. Taylor needs to square things with Ridge.
They still could call babysitter Sheila and invite her and Eric (and little Eric) to join them on the promotional trip and to take care of little Eric. The more, the merrier. Sheila would just have to disguise herself or run off and hide whenever they encounter reporters at the airport.
8.08 Taylor here is getting jealous and looking insecure since she is suggesting that to Brooke that she should take her baby son on a business trip. I wonder why she is feeling so insecure.
The only thing that matters to Eric is the physical beauty of a woman. What she looks like in robe. Everything else--brains, past, personality--is completely irrelevant to him.
Yet, he dates the most educated women on the show. Thorne is chasing a barnyard barbie, and Bill is with Darla. Sheila and Brooke have advanced college degrees.
@@blackblake3658 Stuff that is completely inconsequential to him when he looks at Sheila or Brooke. Darla is an amazing human being. Can’t say the same about Karen!
@@mehrtarar4931 Eric often talks about Brooke's brilliance, do does Ridge. I think Sheila is a rebound hookup. Eric's ego can't deal with Brooke rejecting him. Right for each other? He's basically been lying to her through their entire relationship. Currently, he's withholding the knowledge that his son Zach is the same guy that Stephanie hates for putting Felicia in danger. And Jack helped get Felicia almost raped. But they fit together so well?
Sally: "Giving up a nice guy like Jack Hamilton has gotta be the hardest thing Stephanie will do in her life." (I guess leaving a marriage of 30 years doesn't factor in.)
Ha! Eric saying Sheila doesn't know him well after she asks if they will last. Eric's on his way to his second divorce within first 5 years of the show!
Exactly. Eric needs to start asking questions earlier in the relationship… That way the hipster doofus doesn’t keep getting a divorce. These people get married too quickly. 🙄🙄
I believe Sheila made her appearance on Y&R; Tuesday, October 27th, 1992; and with the show being a full hour, it was easy to get her to come and go back to B&B
Who knows, maybe 2 or 3 year old little Eric might have enjoyed that promotional trip and the media attention at every airport. Adult Rick could have later bragged about it: Ridge, I was still a toddler when I was already featured in the international press and got dragged to business meetings and all over Europe. Where have you been at that age?
So Sheila left to Genoa City and.... then what? We didn't get to see anything on what she did there. Was her short presence shown on Y&R instead during this time?
Yes. I guess the logic behind any crossover is to draw viewers from one show to the other. A good strategy (which clearly worked in bringing Y&R viewers over to B&B as many of the commenters here have said they started watching B&B when Sheila crossed over). But yes, those who didn't watch both shows (or are watching online as we do now), would not know what happened, except for a few lines from a character when essential to viewers understanding the plot.
Look at Taylor being an understated bully. Wt does she know about kids? Wt does she know about the fashion business? Why is she on Brooke and not Ridge?
And supercilious and smug AF. If she really was as compassionate towards Brooke as she declared she was a few episodes ago, she would not be acting so smug and antagonistic.
People, can be so oblivious sometimes. They like to label people as "bullys" because they are simply telling facts about a known conniving homewrecker.

Never understood why B&B couldn't get the name of Sally's company right there for a while. Sometimes characters called it Spectra Creations and other times Spectra Fashions. The latter sounds better (and is what they finally stuck with) - why would they have two rival companies with "Creations" in the title?
Fake Taylor pretending she's not judging Brooke. Brooke is deceptive, hopeless romantic and emotionally reckless at times. Taylor is the same. She never owns up to it.
Of course. And the characters never discuss Taylor's failings, and therefore her failings do not become part of the endless narrative drummed into the viewers' heads over many years. Many characters, on the other hand, keep drumming into our heads how opportunistic and manipulative Brooke is, so it will become what viewers say about her too.
