I place my water bottles next to the speaker when playing my Solfeggio playist for a specific frequency and drink it during the day. I have found my best results are made by using only one frequency for a given bottle of water. From my experience with ONDAMED, I have found that our bodies need a specific Solfeggio frequency until that requirement is met. Thus, play the specific Solfeggio frequency your body needs the most.

Wow! The moment it started to play, I got this tightness in the my gutt! After a moment or two, I started to feel giddy!
In my opinion, lowest frequency corresponds to root chakra which relate to grounding whereas highest crown chakra. The more 'grounded' one is, the more the soul can be integrated into the body which make u feel more alive and real.
My wife and I stopped watching TV a year ago and it is the best thing I've done in a very long time. Time to wake up and get off the grid.

My experience leads me to say yes. Keep doing the lower frequencies and work up to the higher ones. I was told once that pain experienced while meditating to these (and similar things) is some form of block being removed. They should stop causing any discomfort in time. ;)

I don't know what this was about but I certainly got a release and calming relaxing feeling from it. The info overload I've been getting the past few years has been distressing, sometimes I think time is speeding up faster than my watch says. and can't get done in one day what the world asks of me. Thank you for the great music and videos I listen to all of them daily usually when I work but I watch the videos when I am at home. What is the long term effect of listening to all the Solfeggio frequencies? I am starting to think differently it seems and most conversations around me are becoming very boring and superficial. I respect and love people but my patience is at an all time low it seems. Namaste

Tingles down your spine is rising Kundalini-energy (from your first chakra) which is supposed to merge with the Cosmic Energy (reiki) that goes in at your Crown chakra.

WOW! Would this be a good meditation clip for having trouble "being here"? I seem to be attracted to the deeper tones of some of these clips. And some of the Tibetan tones that are really, really, deep affect me deeply in a good way. Does that suggest anything?

To frogprincess: the significance is that you are conscoius about the sound, sensitive. And your hearing is great. Be kind to your ears. It all depends on the mix, the higher frequencies are too much fronted in the music, they don't blend in the mix. It's a common mistake, to let the soloing parts be to much up front. My soundengineer once said to me when I wanted him to lift my voice more; all parts, all instruments have to be in the same room. Here they are in different parts of the building.

I have had the same experience. I think they are not within the frequency that we tend to focus on, or mayhap it is much like being partial to particular colors. This one is by far the most pleasant i have yet heard.
you should get used to them, listne to them at quite a low volume at first, the slowly move the volume up and your hearing will change to suit your needs.
As ibanezxiphos700 infers, the rainbow is the visible light spectrum, with 7 colors.
Why we humans typically see those 7 basic colors - and do not experience visually the other frequencies in the electro magnetic spectrum - is an interesting question.
Insects can detect wavelengths invisible to us, as dogs can hear frequencies people cannot. All fascinating to ponder.

@007frogprincess Human beings are raised/programmed to use only their lower chakras/vibrations, as these are the vibrations of the "real" everyday world -- the vibrations of the physical plane. An aversion to higher frequencies may signify a need to open the higher chakras/vibrations. Taking 10-20 minutes a day to place your awareness into your higher chakras may assist with experiencing these higher vibrational audio recordings. Volume of recording may also be a factor.
