If he’s on human growth hormone I don’t know anything about that. TRT I’m on is pretty mild. That’s as bold as I’ll get.

You can say what you want about his business practices, but Amazon does deliver a great customer experience. The three points he brought up here hit the nail right on the head. I use Amazon because the prices typically match or even beat other retailers (at least when shipping is considered), they offer the fastest deliveries, and what is there realistically that you can't get on Amazon? Of course there are exceptions to these rules, but Amazon has been delivering me a great customer experience for years, and I rarely ever hear them get credit for that.

Luckily in a capitalist system you're free to choose where you work if the pay or conditions are not up to your standard. So companies have to compete for Labor too, which is why only a fraction of people are paid minimum wage.
This is where Google goes wrong. They can attract better talent than Amazon because they respect employees, but their business sense is still thinking in terms of capitalizing on the next 2 years and trashing what doesn't work rather than providing decade resistant value to consumers
