He is more so to blame for his families current situation than anyone else, still love him but he is clearly involved in criminality because of the occasional wars it provides.

I'd say Polly is the least problematic one, but some things backfired for her too, like personally killing Campbell, for example. The bottom line is that nobody forced them to stck with Tommy. At some point they all had enough money to leave and never look back. But nobody did.

Season 5 premier! So starts a descent into darkness. The atmosphere gets pretty dark and depressing over these two seasons, which makes them harder to 'enjoy' in the way we've enjoyed previous seasons - but I feel it's necessary to give the finale in season 6 the emotional weight that it carries. Honestly I think season 5 is a little underrated, here in the UK it felt like people were already a bit bored of PB by season 5 but honestly its only season 6 that I didn't enjoy that much.
Nah its because the cinematography became too stylized. And like pretty much everything else on TV the plot became 'woke'. If you compare this episode to the previous one you can tell the drop in quality, especially in the dialogue
