The game was riddled with cheaters last season. Then they brought out the universal heirloom and streamers and players were buying it up like crazy. Then this is season we got $40 for a skin and I keeping seeing them left and right. Why fix a problem when the player base is gonna play and spend money regardless.
this is what happens when you don't shut cheaters down HARD when they first appear, more people realize that they can cheat with little consequence and it just snowballs into what we have now. That and apex and its badge display system inadvertently creates a market for people willing to pay for accounts with 20 bombs and high rank badges already on them/to get boosted to these ranks on their main accounts, and those who have access to cheats are all more than happy to oblige as it makes them rich.
I've been playing since day 1 also... and I just stopped playing a couple of months ago because of all these cheaters... its sad because its the best game ever.... i'm pissed...
JanKz, nothing is going to change until a majority of content creators get together and quit playing until they fix the problem. Until then, you get what you allow.

Call me old (32) but I really don't understand the appeal of cheating. Are they doing it for fun or badge farming? I really don't get it. How can that be fun? I only really play this game on Fridays nights because I play with my other old ass friends and we hate it every time we play. Love the game but hate it too. Been playing since day 1 too. Honestly, the less we play the worse we get which is understandable even though I have a positive KD (1.24 - not great). We don't run into cheaters very often, at least I don't think we do. I had to uninstall it and I'm refusing to go back now. I got rinsed by a level 39 pathfinder yesterday that couldn't miss a single shot along with a few other similar games. I'm not a pro by any means but I can hold my own in most fights. The amount of times I was getting knocked after just a burst of someone's weapon was ridiculous. Had to uninstall it for my own mental and physical health. Game is broken
Dude I am an old guy that plays after work and I have like a .6 kdr and am still getting put in those lobbies. I straight up apologized to my 2 pred 5k/20 bomb teammates at the beginning of the game the other day. They still insisted on rezzing me everytime I went down. Made me not want to play anymore. It is one thing for me to suck but don't want to hinder others.

Even when I do know where they are I peak to shoot and immediately lose all my shields and half .y health before I can even react to get get back and I've learned not to over peak in those situations. This and overwatch are the only fps games I've ever put more than a few hours into and this one alot more and while I've improved over time I hate being the guy holding a team back. Solos have been better but even those are rough. I'd love to die from someone without a 4k or masters/pred badge for once.
Omg I played a game last night and a ballistic killed me through the door. You know how you can hold the door close. He was on the other side of it while I was healing my shield. He pushed against it so the gun would glitch through the door making it visible and shot me with a PK. The door didn’t open more did it break. 😢 --- Also I’ve been seeing a lot of low level people in ranked like below 10 yet they are ranked master. Like how??!
yea same experience here i watched 2 streamer for a couple hours each day they are both diamond and they got killed literally every single match in ranked by cheaters for real every single match! (i was like dude ranked is unplayable at least in diamond+ lobbys i dont wanna even try it)

Ive postet multiple clips of cheaters, soft as hard, sneaky as rage cheating. In all various and forms. Most of the times, i get alot of heat, due to the fact i do target hardwere devices as Xim, Cronus and similar forms. Past 3-4 seasons have been a alarming increase of cheaters. And there is 0 punishment. Respawn and EA neee to do something before its all to late.
I think for the mean time until the cheating problem is still around. Just go back to console. It’s got. 120 frames so it’s not awful and you don’t have to worry about rage cheaters

When you one clipping enemies then everything is fine and there is no question about cheating. If you have cheaters in your lobby then could be you use the same. Peace
I'm also a Day 1 player. This season has been so horrible for cheating. I legitimately can't play solo mode - literally every other player is cheating. The new 20 bomb solo badge has only made this worse. Also, I don't know if anyone else has experienced this, but I feel like a get killed WAYYY more by controller players. Either that or it's players with very finely tuned aimbot. So many of the times I die, it's to someone with horrid movement, and pretty bad aim, but somehow nearly every bullet hits me. Also, Ranked feels horrible. Nearly every lobby has a team where someone has 12+ kills. How it this fun for anyone? WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN THIS RANK???? I really feel like we're getting to the point where Respawn either needs to make this a controller only game, or separate the inputs. Because unless you are VERY good at the game, it's incredibly difficult to compete with even a mediocre controller player. It's interesting because the people in your matches who were using aimbot didn't have it hard locked. They weren't getting all headshots. It's like the aimbot is tuned to look normal, and it might if they weren't shooting form 700 meters away.
ALL CoD players wanted Solos.......... This is the problem, this is why it's not a solo based game, Apex already has a MASSIVELY shitty anti-cheat for both consol and pc. Solos just abuses cheats more than trios or duos.
I wonder if the developers could write a script that "trusted" user accounts such as UA-cam personalities and streamers cause immediate review. Cause 9/10 times you accurately call it. When you report a cheater - a mod is notified that Jankz suspects cheating. Then they can look at it then and there because a trustworthy source has called it out. 1/2 the work is done. The event can be logged, and data gathered before a live ban. Very few good players (that I've watched) call cheating willy nilly.

How to permanently eliminate cheaters in all games. Game runs software that checks for specific programs running in the background on your device. Once it detects the software. Load them in the cheater lobby or ban them. Easily fixed. For controller would have to do what apple does and basically detect serial numbers on attached devices. Only approved serial numbers can play the game. That would take effort from Sony and Xbox as well though

The amount of recoil and wall hacks I see this season is crazy. People try to be slick and not use aim bot because they can kinda aim. I will never understand cheating in a game, people need to learn some resilience, it's ok for you to suck at something. Accept it or work hard and get better. Oi, but i play my pathfinder with default skin cuz i never seen someone at this lvl with default skin, and i never cheated, except of gothic 2, gta 3-5 single and Mount and blade campaign xD i know shame anyway. It is just as bad on console, I don't think hacking on console is as common but rather PC hackers force themselves into console lobbies since all it is is a filter check box for crossplay. You really notice cheaters when you play as Vantage. They will just run directly at you, somehow always know when you're aiming at them and will literally just rat behind the most random unnatural spots because they know you're there watching them. You might as well just have her lazer on all her guns, isn't like it makes any difference
Dualshock 4 for windows is likely being used by many players on pc.You can literally get chatgpt to write scripts in seconds for any cheat you can imagine,these scripts can be run through DS4 for Windows.PC players on controller are for sure using these cheats,makes sense why any streamer that uses a controller on PC is usually using a ps4 controller.Remember when strafing side to side eliminated a lot of recoil on the guns?streamers are so blatant now with cheating they dont even move side to side now when shooting because their cheats look after eliminating recoil,they just stand still and shoot and get no recoil,the weapons in apex dont work like that and they most certainly have recoil😂The game is a disgrace at the moment for the money EA and Respawn bring in off of it.Its a joke really
I feel like season after season ranked is becoming less and less competetive. If you play in ranks like silver to diamond you’ll play against preds and masters who decay’d down to those ranks literaly every season, and then they make some change to comp where its just increases the amount of those players in ranks they dont belong in by the time the system has adjusted. Making it feel like if you belong in platinum you have a 50% chance to not go up against a player who could have competed in leage, while in silver lobbies. Add cheaters on top of that and boom, whats the dofference between ranked and pubs? Literally non.

gold/plat lobbies are virtually unplayable for any normal person. i could easily hit diamond in all prior seasons within a week or two...now i die to something sus 8/10 times. i think its because people get banned, then make new accounts, then are in the lower elo lobbies...then they make it back to master/pred and get banned again...etc. so the majority of people in these lower elo lobbies are smurfs

I don't have a lot of time to play games I choose Apex. I'm not great, your average lower plat. Silver currently this year But I'm in ranked lobbies with either monsters or cheaters all the time. Actually won a game today because I had a cheater on my team, but almost didn't feel bad about the points due to all the times I've been beemed 75m out

At the moment the cheater situation in apex is crazy. We are Pred at the moment but holding or even gaining is quiet a hard task due to at least 3 cheater teams in each ranked lobby. Killing them close range is the way to go as a 3 stack But still sometimes getting catched off guard and just loose -100 Pretty frustrating right now
I've got 2500 hours and I rarely holster my gun these days, it gives you weapon mastery to have it out for some ungodly reason and you're just way more prepared for a sudden fight. But that guy was also just 100% cheating there
I feel like that second cheater might have just been a lag/ hit registration issue, but tough to say there. I have had similar happen to me as recent as yesterday though. Games like this and Halo need to stop using Easy Anti-cheat. It is horrible. Over on Halo all it manages to do is allow cheating and ban innocent players.

Last week I fell from plat 3 to gold 1 (I solo queue) last 2 games ran into a 6 man. Like an obvious 6 man all 6 standing on boxes n shooting.

I had to uninstall it and I'm refusing to go back now. I got rinsed by a level 39 pathfinder yesterday that couldn't miss a single shot along with a few other similar games. I'm not a pro by any means but I can hold my own in most fights. The amount of times I was getting knocked after just a burst of someone's weapon was ridiculous. Had to uninstall it for my own mental and physical health. Game is broken

Dude I am an old guy that plays after work and I have like a .6 kdr and am still getting put in those lobbies. I straight up apologized to my 2 pred 5k/20 bomb teammates at the beginning of the game the other day. They still insisted on rezzing me everytime I went down. Made me not want to play anymore. It is one thing for me to suck but don't want to hinder others.
@@jaxom7410 exactly I used to grind out in season 0 n some after but lately my skill curve has fallen behind but am still force to play against people n get one clipped b4 I even see where I'm being shot from
@matthewoconnor4557 I swear the guys in those lobbies can read my mind. Even when I do know where they are I peak to shoot and immediately lose all my shields and half .y health before I can even react to get get back and I've learned not to over peak in those situations. This and overwatch are the only fps games I've ever put more than a few hours into and this one alot more and while I've improved over time I hate being the guy holding a team back. Solos have been better but even those are rough. I'd love to die from someone without a 4k or masters/pred badge for once.
Actively watched a guy shoot at buildings today (where people you couldn't really see were inside) while not even facing that direction of the shots.
Haven't played apex since catalyst (just got burnt out) was added and looking to get back into it but the game looks so different now

Omg I played a game last night and a ballistic killed me through the door. You know how you can hold the door close. He was on the other side of it while I was healing my shield. He pushed against it so the gun would glitch through the door making it visible and shot me with a PK. The door didn’t open more did it break. 😢

yea same experience here i watched 2 streamer for a couple hours each day they are both diamond and they got killed literally every single match in ranked by cheaters for real every single match! (i was like dude ranked is unplayable at least in diamond+ lobbys i dont wanna even try it)

Been having this issue on cod lately. Played like 5 games yesterday and the first 3 games had cheaters.
Ive postet multiple clips of cheaters, soft as hard, sneaky as rage cheating. In all various and forms. Most of the times, i get alot of heat, due to the fact i do target hardwere devices as Xim, Cronus and similar forms. Past 3-4 seasons have been a alarming increase of cheaters. And there is 0 punishment. Respawn and EA neee to do something before its all to late.
I think for the mean time until the cheating problem is still around. Just go back to console. It’s got. 120 frames so it’s not awful and you don’t have to worry about rage cheaters

Well you have bad stock drift but yes there are so many cheaters on apex the game is losing a lot of players it used to be so fun but I am starting to hate the game now 😢😢

They hack on Xbox and ps4 I played against a life line that was moving faster then octain super speed they use wall hacks and aim bot
When you one clipping enemies then everything is fine and there is no question about cheating.
If you have cheaters in your lobby then could be you use the same.

I'm also a Day 1 player. This season has been so horrible for cheating. I legitimately can't play solo mode - literally every other player is cheating. The new 20 bomb solo badge has only made this worse.
Also, I don't know if anyone else has experienced this, but I feel like a get killed WAYYY more by controller players. Either that or it's players with very finely tuned aimbot.
So many of the times I die, it's to someone with horrid movement, and pretty bad aim, but somehow nearly every bullet hits me.
Also, Ranked feels horrible. Nearly every lobby has a team where someone has 12+ kills. How it this fun for anyone? WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN THIS RANK????
I really feel like we're getting to the point where Respawn either needs to make this a controller only game, or separate the inputs. Because unless you are VERY good at the game, it's incredibly difficult to compete with even a mediocre controller player.
It's interesting because the people in your matches who were using aimbot didn't have it hard locked. They weren't getting all headshots. It's like the aimbot is tuned to look normal, and it might if they weren't shooting form 700 meters away.

I wonder if the developers could write a script that "trusted" user accounts such as UA-cam personalities and streamers cause immediate review. Cause 9/10 times you accurately call it. When you report a cheater - a mod is notified that Jankz suspects cheating. Then they can look at it then and there because a trustworthy source has called it out. 1/2 the work is done. The event can be logged, and data gathered before a live ban. Very few good players (that I've watched) call cheating willy nilly.

How to permanently eliminate cheaters in all games. Game runs software that checks for specific programs running in the background on your device. Once it detects the software. Load them in the cheater lobby or ban them. Easily fixed. For controller would have to do what apple does and basically detect serial numbers on attached devices. Only approved serial numbers can play the game. That would take effort from Sony and Xbox as well though

Hopefully with that many cheaters running rampant, controller can finally realize how unfair "aim advantage" feels in a shooter game. And since many say "just switch" thats like saying "just cheat" with all the cheaters going nuclear, makes no sense and its not the point.
The amount of recoil and wall hacks I see this season is crazy. People try to be slick and not use aim bot because they can kinda aim. Which is even worse because you watch them and they are decent but you can tell they are cheating because they will lazer people with the havoc from 200 yards away and know exactly where people are at. I will never understand cheating in a game, people need to learn some resilience, it's ok for you to suck at something. Accept it or work hard and get better. I'm sorry that this happens in games that people rely on as a job. It should be illegal to cheat, not sure how they would identify people and what would be the punishment. Perhaps agreements with ISPs for them to ban gameplay for people caught cheating. Obviously this would only work within a country but if someone from Asia wants to cheat with 500 ping I'm not sure what we can do about that lmao
Oi, but i play my pathfinder with default skin cuz i never seen someone at this lvl with default skin, and i never cheated, except of gothic 2, gta 3-5 single and Mount and blade campaign xD i know shame anyway.
But, im not rly able to say if someone is cheating or so skilled, my skill level isnt that high to determine it correctly
It is just as bad on console, I don't think hacking on console is as common but rather PC hackers force themselves into console lobbies since all it is is a filter check box for crossplay.
You really notice cheaters when you play as Vantage. They will just run directly at you, somehow always know when you're aiming at them and will literally just rat behind the most random unnatural spots because they know you're there watching them. You might as well just have her lazer on all her guns, isn't like it makes any difference
Dualshock 4 for windows is likely being used by many players on pc.You can literally get chatgpt to write scripts in seconds for any cheat you can imagine,these scripts can be run through DS4 for Windows.PC players on controller are for sure using these cheats,makes sense why any streamer that uses a controller on PC is usually using a ps4 controller.Remember when strafing side to side eliminated a lot of recoil on the guns?streamers are so blatant now with cheating they dont even move side to side now when shooting because their cheats look after eliminating recoil,they just stand still and shoot and get no recoil,the weapons in apex dont work like that and they most certainly have recoil😂The game is a disgrace at the moment for the money EA and Respawn bring in off of it.Its a joke really

I feel like season after season ranked is becoming less and less competetive. If you play in ranks like silver to diamond you’ll play against preds and masters who decay’d down to those ranks literaly every season, and then they make some change to comp where its just increases the amount of those players in ranks they dont belong in by the time the system has adjusted. Making it feel like if you belong in platinum you have a 50% chance to not go up against a player who could have competed in leage, while in silver lobbies. Add cheaters on top of that and boom, whats the dofference between ranked and pubs? Literally non.
This is becoming TF2 bot lobbies almost and with the cheating. Sadly, this doesn't surprise me as this eventually comes for fps games. Doing this doesn't take much to host and idle. This was going to eventually happen.
I been thinking about getting a modded controller or something cause of this. The people i usually play with have been playing much more than me cause i mainly play souls games and the such. But theyre usually in plat master and pred lobies.
Even if its frowned upon and talked bad about theres nothing my team can do about them. I play on ps so going against pc and hackers cause lack of movement on console. Most id do is probly lower recoil and put a script on my back triggers for super jump or something if i can even do that.

I complain about the cheating in this game often. But at the same time COD uses that stupid anticheat that automatically bans and I’m just getting my account back after two appeals. For cheating on MW3 which I have still yet to purchase 😂😂😂
I’ve recently switched to pc and I’ve been killed be over 10 aim boters and my account I’ve had for 5 years and level 1000 bas banned for typing “F word” yes not the actual thing and I contacted ea help and thay replied with the same old IA message’s
gold/plat lobbies are virtually unplayable for any normal person. i could easily hit diamond in all prior seasons within a week or two...now i die to something sus 8/10 times. i think its because people get banned, then make new accounts, then are in the lower elo lobbies...then they make it back to master/pred and get banned again...etc. so the majority of people in these lower elo lobbies are smurfs
I have been playing since day one also but I am always bad kd is 1.29 right now . I can’t handle this game right now my favorite maps are on worlds edge and kings canyon . But I can’t play the game if I can’t have fun . So I went back to a game that’s like 9 years old 😂

Jankz I’ve seen you in my ranked games this season and diamond lobbies are absolutely infested with wallers and aimbotters. Kid you not 4 teams in 1 game I spectated were cheating and killed the next cheating team. Hopefully they tone down the cheating problem and ban all the current cheating preds/masters so it frees up spots for legit players who deserve it
Way too many, every game feels like i get oneclipped with no ADS while my shots go everywhere . They miss nothing, every fight boils down to either me or them living with 1 hp unironically, it's insane. That's ignoring how everyone has insane movement for some reason. PC

But I'm in ranked lobbies with either monsters or cheaters all the time. Actually won a game today because I had a cheater on my team, but almost didn't feel bad about the points due to all the times I've been beemed 75m out
dude, i took a year off and came back and it is insane. Everyone is extremely sweaty or cheating. Its crazy. Im seeing all these people with 20 bombs and a lot of them suck. Im assuming that they did the bot thing to get them. So pathetic.

At the moment the cheater situation in apex is crazy. We are Pred at the moment but holding or even gaining is quiet a hard task due to at least 3 cheater teams in each ranked lobby.
Killing them close range is the way to go as a 3 stack
But still sometimes getting catched off guard and just loose -100

I've got 2500 hours and I rarely holster my gun these days, it gives you weapon mastery to have it out for some ungodly reason and you're just way more prepared for a sudden fight. But that guy was also just 100% cheating there
I feel like that second cheater might have just been a lag/ hit registration issue, but tough to say there. I have had similar happen to me as recent as yesterday though. Games like this and Halo need to stop using Easy Anti-cheat. It is horrible. Over on Halo all it manages to do is allow cheating and ban innocent players.

I quit day 4 of season 21. Im done with this game. I was hoping the dei and woke shit would run its course and disapear. the legends are trash. I would rather play modern warfare 2 than this sludge. The game play is great but Titanfall is superior in every single way.

I stopped playing a week ago cuz of this. Had a lifeline on the team with 14 kills in diamond lobby. He just laughed when being told he's trash.
