Ah the thing you said about the man standing at the end of your bed sounds almost like sleep paralysis. Sometimes when I wake up from a dream or I’m in and out of sleep I get these weird dream like stares where I see terrifying hallucinations but my eyes are open and I’m seeing my room... usually I can’t move (sometimes it feels like someone is sitting on my chest or I can’t breathe because my body is in sleep mode and my brain doesn’t think it needs as much oxygen) until it breaks and I scream or fully wake up. For me it really helped to take a neuroscience class on sleep so I could understand what was going on !! Anyways I’m so sorry that happened to you it’s so terrifying :-/ hope you don’t have to deal with that again!! I

I sympathize with how dreams can effect one. I ve had horrifying/ nightmares that have stayed with me for days. Dreams are thought to be a way of dealing with unconscious conflicts. Most content of dreams are symbolic and can be placed by images we see throughout our experiences. It's alright and completely normal and healthy despite it feeling quite traumatic ( temporarily). Bet your dream tonight will be sweet.
this may sound strange, but there is a bible verse in ecclesiastes I believe that says too much worry can cause bad dreams. Even if you may not feel under stress, our bodies are incredible little epicenters that hold onto things even in our muscles. I suggest doing something to relax and not let the enemy get in your head causing a lie over Gods precious creation. Yay! This is exactly how I do my under eye concealer as well! No foundation for me :) except for formal events (sometimes) 🙃 I used to feel self conscious about doing bold eyes without foundation, idk I just felt like it meant I wasn’t doing my makeup “correctly,” but I’m way past that now!! Gorgeous look you created!!
you're my make-up queen 🥰 so stunning as always! ❤️ i never wear foundation (only on special occasions). what i do instead: mixing my mattifying primer from Catrice with my full coverage concealer (the one from Catrice or the hydrating camo concealer from e.l.f) and applying it with my fingers or a concealer brush on those areas where i want some coverage. Setting with a little bit powder and i'm good to go! you get some coverage where you need but it doesn't look heavy or anything 😊
The brush you used for your concealer is super great for the nudestix cream blushes! I apply them to the back of my hand, take that brush onto the product, blend out on my hand and then apply to my face. It’s so perfect for it!

Yes! Thank you for the no foundation look! I never wear foundation so it helps me out so much! This look came out gorgeous! I do full glam with no foundation! I normally wear very minimal makeup but when I want to get dolled up I will go full glam! I refuse to wear foundation! I hate it because it reminds me of the years of covering up my cystic acne! I also just hate the feeling on my face! I don't even wear concealer anywhere but only under my eyes even tho I still have scarring but that's when I'm doing a little more make up. My "daily" make-up is mascara, blush and a lip product. Some of days I'll do a highlight but more like a gloss type look like the cream from Flower Beauty is one of my favorites but really more often than not, I'll just set my face with my Pixi rose oil (something like that it has like 7 different oils in it!) spray! Even when I'm just wearing mascara and blush it gives such a beautiful healthy look to the skin and you don't need highlight with it! If I had naturally dark lashes I wouldn't wear mascara often but unfortunately I have naturally dark hair on my entire freaking body- pretty much but I have extremely light lashes! I don't get it ugh 😔

I’m so sorry you had to experience that kind of nightmare. But i would like to say if you see a bad dream don’t tell it to people. Pray so that doesn’t happen again. Praying and being patient helps a lot with the heart pounding and stuff. I’m very religious and that’s what I’ve learned. It helped me because i used to get nightmares a lot.
First of all, you're one of my favorite UA-camrs of all time! I rarely watch every video posted by the makeup gurus I follow because there's only a few looks I like/would wear. However, I've loved every look you've posted and would wear almost all of them myself (assuming my skills are good enough to recreate them, lol)! So thank you for your wonderful content! ❤️ As for your dream, whether you have any sort of faith or are an atheist, everyone knows evil exists in the world. Whoever you believe is behind it (be it Satan, the universe, gremlins or whatever), it's easy to see that they LOVE causing mayhem in the world and screwing with people. Your dream + the fact you swore you saw someone at the end of you bed utterly convinces me some dark demons were trying to scare the daylights out of you. And I don't mean the tangible "grab you in the middle of the night & shriek" demons from horror movies, I mean the unseen evil forces in the world. Next time you go to bed, even if you don't believe in God, it doesn't hurt to make a quick & quiet request for peace and comfort before sleep. I struggle with nightmares all the time and have had a few like the one you've described. I've tried absolutely EVERYTHING to avoid/prevent them. Literally the ONLY thing that helped was asking God for peace. You don't have to believe me or take my advice, but that's my interpretation and remedy for really dark nightmares. I'm praying that you have a blessed day and that your dreams are happy & peaceful! 😘🙏🏼💕
