Thanks for watching!!!
This houses are way to over price didn’t like any for the prices
To be honest I am quite disappointed in the selection you've made. Is it because the inventory is low? Question: how much are the HOA dues for the Eldorado townhouse?
The area is too congested and traffic horrible. It no longer is a paradise.
#3 for sure, great light and interesting design features!
Liked the retro house😁 and house 4. House 4 could gather more friends and visits for sure with the club house.
I love the 3o. one
Oh my ,do many gates on doors and windows..does nothing for the feeling of security. 😆lol
El Dorada #4. Definitely my favourite. $295,000 Love the infinity pool & bóvedas
Also, I Really liked Casa Melbourne #1 in La Floresta.
I would consider buying there if price is right. Some additional expenses to consider & compare as well as location & view in each community. Also no pool unfortunately. Thank you for so much info Rich.
The first two!
Liked 3 and 4 but would need to see in person to get better feel. All houses were very nice.
Damn! the yanks have made that area ridiculously expensive. Like San Miguel & Puerto Vallarta. Shame.
Same here at Yucatán peninsula Yankees overpricing the area .
Wow I was surprised that I really love the 70’s house!! Just a few updating jobs and it would be amazing! The yard would be great for my dogs. Is there a younger crowd at all in that area I mean like 30’a and 40’s or all retirees?
That's what I'd like to know. The area looks nice, but I'd be out of place with a bunch of retirees and no others
I like #3 but not sure it’s worth $400K for two bedrooms. If they would have had a nice unground pool maybe I would pay 400K. I know they have a community pool but not the same. House #4 is more like it 2 bedrooms for $300K so I would probably go with this one or the 70’s house and renovate it some but not to much.
@@katem2411 exactly I plan on selling my house and moving to Mexico in the next couple months. I love the houses and everything in this area especially the weather but wondering as a single man if it would only be retirees.
@@oreospeedwaggindoesamerica6078 similar situation here, and in dread of accidently winding up in a retirement community or with a bunch of suburbanites and their children. It would be an easy mistake to make too given how a lot of homes in expat areas in Mexico are vacant or vacation rentals for part of the year. I'm more comfortable in a diverse community.
@@katem2411 I guess we’re going to have to visit and see because I haven’t been able to find out.
Well overprice
Thanks for watching guys...sorry I have not uploaded for 2 weeks. It has been super busy here in town with lots of real estate tours. Cheers Rich
Change the music
🤣👍
Better yet, no music.
These are all nice places, but weirdly I kind of love the time warp house. In reality there would probably be too much work for me to personally be able to justify the price, but I'm sure someone will snap it up.
Sharon take a look at copy of info. from centura.
El DORADO !! It's good place !! Greetings from Ajijic Center I live here !!
most homes in mexico are gated, tall fences with spikes or electrified. Sounds like a big security risk...
#2! Love it, but outrageous prices
Liked house 3, the new build, clean lines, lots of glass with views to the garden, fantastic kitchen/living space. I'm coming to Chapala in Dec, staying in Eldorado for a month.
Thanks Cliff. I hope you have a great time here. All the best Rich
We are looking to relocate to Jalisco. Would love to get your newsletter! Thanks.

People cannot live in any of these areas without security bars on all windows and doors.
I wish the tours would be of with 4 or more bedrooms and bathrooms homes preferably with pool and or hot tub and elevator at least 3 levels and laundry. Fit such criteria and only focus on 1 home so I give thumbs up and Diddy buys I'm new writer and producer for BAD BOY/Universal I get whatever I like
That steel cabinet kitchen sink in house #2 looks like one that was from 1948 that I replaced in 1977.
That is funny!! All the best Rich
Hi Rich. Rough crowd this time, it seems. :)
For those who seemed unhappy with your choice of showings, I guess it would be wise to keep in mind that your picks are based on a possible previous conversation with your clients regarding their real estate preferences i.e. the type of homes they want to see, locations and styles.
Nice video.
4th house……isn’t there a monthly or quarterly or yearly fee/cost for the pool/community area/gym???
I like the house with the casita (future air B & B 😎) Was that the 2nd house?
Lil too much focus on the couple in my opinion...the reality tv vibe is not what some of us are looking for...we value information not posing.
About 200$U.S. per sq.
Foot. Build for much less
So beautiful area. To bad the water is contaminated. Ugh
Ive considered moving there, but all home are over-priced. I didn't like the floor plan of the 1st 3 houses.
There has got to be better options.
The music in the background has to go
# 1 rich 🤑 muy buena demostración éxito .👍🏻
Muchas gracias usted 👍🙂
Rich; does North LaFlorsta have a pool?
I like your videos but would you consider either changing or leaving off the music. I found it ver distracitng, partl because it is the same bars over and over.
Thanks Mel. I have lots of royalty free music to play with 😁👍
These are U.S Foreigner retiree prices.
welcome home, my house is your house.
Definitely the fourth house
All 4 a great houses … video music is annoying, sorry I had to say it.
👍😁
Great video, great couple also great homes there. Hey Rich, you are the man looking forward to have ok coffee maybe some lunch also if possible when I'm in Guadalajara this coming November. I'm coming from ok somewhat close to your loving country or childhood country England witch is Finland. I have a friend here in Finland who is from England and he looks and talks just like you very charming man also just like you my good old Jason. You are married to a Mexican and he is married to a Finn LOL living in Finland. I think you are much better of because you don't need to plow that snow in the winter no, you walk around in the sun enjoying the good life that Mexico provides if you know how to live there LOL. Ok, I thought that I share this story about my friedn Jason being from England and also that I'm on my way soon....................I keep in touch see you this winter.
Love to meet up for a coffee. Safe travels
@@RichVarney Ok, sounds good and thank you.

Has this house sold already?
Hi Bettie, yes, sorry the house sold a while back. If you would like to send me an email to rich@chapalarealtors.com, I can send you some other alternatives. All the best Rich
Damn, those prices are super steep for Mexico. To put things in perspective, a great salary in that part of Mexico is around 400-500 dollars a week, which 90% of the population doesn’t earn and can never afford to live in those communities, in their own country. Foreigners are taking over the beautiful areas and making them unaffordable for the natives.
Still both benefit Americans n mexicans, los dos se benificion !
@@blancabulgrin5560 , yes, only if you already earn property down there and are in real estate. It’s become too expensive for locals.
wow nice video, beuty house's and good vibes with all the persons
Thank you sorry none I would like to see an open concept
Cheers Rich 😁👍
