The gear she used, the beehive behaviour explained all very interesting and useful. Useful in the way that I know to never get near a beehive like she does. And the banana candy smell has now a terrifying new meaning.
My neighbour has a beehive in one of her 2 sheds, she basically does not use it at all this summer. One of her kids had friends over and were in the backyard when a bee went near them. One of the friends swatted at the bee and the neighbours son told him not to do that, to be calm and that we don't want to hurt the bees. Smart kid.....people are learning! I have a garden and I can tell you those bees are doing a wonderful job pollinating!
Not sure why your channel popped up on my feed, but I'm glad it did! I had a hive growing up, and I miss having bees. We had a wild hive living in the roof when I was in high school, and will never forget the sound they made when they swarmed. Eventually, a local beekeeper came by to remove them, and we donated the wax to a family friend who makes candles.
I love that you’re teaching kiddo all about the bees as you work. That honey looks delicious. Awesome job! This is the first time I’ve seen one of your videos and it’s great, I’m definitely gonna watch more after this
She makes it look so easy. I don't usually like to compare but She is strong and yet incredibly gentle with them every time, especially in comparison to other bee keeping channels!
One of the best bee relocation videos. I love how you educated the homeowners and that they want to keep the bees 🐝 I'm sure they'll enjoy watching the bees and learning more about them.
This was the most new information for me, learning about the be collection, and the rubber bands, how they chew the Queen out of the cage, utterly fascinating! ❤
I'm a new subscriber and am so fascinated by your love and care for the bees. I read that if properly cared for, honey can last forever. One of nature's miracles. I can't help but wonder how many times you were stung during this hive relocation.
I love this video. You’re so knowledgeable and you deliver the information so kindly and efficiently. It was so wholesome seeing you interact with the homeowners, you could tell how engaged and interested they were by your great teaching style.
Worked in Pest Control for 11 years before i Retired. One Question: HOW do you NOT get stung? Bee Elimination from Commercial and Residential applications was my favorite thing in Pest Control. How you don't wind up in the Hospital floors me.
She will eventually. I live in AZ. All are bees here are now africanized. They are spreading east and north. They have been found in FL. You can't predict what ferial hives will do anymore. Her heart is in the right place, but she is going to one day cross a crazy hive and get hurt or killed. Killer bees swarm out here even when it's 20 degrees outside, so the old ideas these bees won't make it in cold weather are not true.
Thanks for the amazing videos and inspiration. I to remove bees in Northern Florida. I learned a different way to use my rubber bands. Instead of going around the frame in a perpendicular fashion, Mr Ed (another removal expert) positions his rubber bands diagonally from corner to corner. Hook the RB around the taps of the wooden frame to the opposite corner. Front and back. Hope this comes in handy. Dan
I love bees and honey. I've watch some of your shorts from time to time, but never been a big fan of the short format. I very enjoyr this longer format where you film everything and explain their behavior. I hope you do more. Keep up the good work. :) One of my dream is having a beehive someday.
I lovvvee your new videos. I know it's a bit more work but it is very refreshing to learn new info & get a different perspective like in this video. I love how you are teaching others AND making content. I know it's not always an option to show the homeowner but showing your tools was a great touch too. Overall i love that you're doing longer videos bc the shorts were a tease. This is one of my fav bee removal videos ive seen out of many channels 🖤💛🐝
My grandmothers house on our reservation( were Native American obviously) has been empty for 15 years. My uncle has maintained it. The thing is the walls of the ENTIRE upstairs is filled with honey bees. I'm talking MILLIONS! Now that I am going back home to the reservation I have to move the bees. I cannot afford to pay for help so I am going to tackle this on my own🤦🏻♀️. Hopefully, UA-cam videos, A bee suit, and crossed fingers will get me and the bees through this. I'm going to wait till fall because maybe they'll be less aggressive. Idk.
Oh no, bee safe! In all seriousness though, best of luck to you. Make sure you have emergency protocols in place, and hopefully they’re docile. If there’s that many of them, you can even contact content creators or companies with your story, maybe they’re willing to help you out for free.
If you don't have money for help, do you have the money for enough boxes and frames for that many bees? Unless you're a skilled carpenter to make your own, those things aren't cheap. Also, if you're not planning on moving them around on a truck, I recommend horizontal hives. They're better for the bees and better for your back than the traditional vertical boxes - the only thing the vertical boxes do better is strap on a pallet for a forklift to hoist onto a truck.
Please get a bee vac and learn how to use it-Watch Jeff Horchut, at the Abbey; and the Dirt Rooster. Find experienced Beekeeper and a bee club to learn more. (FYI, many beekeepers don’t like to give help to some not willing to be formally taught.) WARNING: NEVER WORK WITH BEES WHILE NOT PROPERLY SUITED UP; NO NEED TO LEARN THE HARD WAY!😊
Wow,I truly love and appreciate your keen knowledge of the bees. I enjoy your bee videos very much. I've learned just how valuable and important the bees are. Thank you sooo much for the pleasure of watching you and your knowledge. 😊
Not gonna lie; I've had to deal with nasty ground hornets and all kinds of weird things from trees covered with thousands of ticks, and ran networking lines under a building with more black widows than I ever wish on anyone. I don't think I've ever been stung by a honey bee. That said, I don't have the fortitude to do what you do, miss beekeeper. Keep sending.
Really nice work. Natural honey is so nourishing to the body unlike the commercial stuff sold in the market. Here in Jordan in the Middle East were I live natural honey is more expensive than what is sold commercially. Nice to see the way you handle all those bee hives. I still shiver to the fact that you don't wear protective suites. But anyway. Good luck always and bee safe. Cheers!
If you can find a commercial brand that is cold pressed and not treated with anything, it will be just as healthy. After that the big advantage of having your own bees is that the honey is grown on your own plants - if you have any pollen or leaf allergies, the honey will help your body be less bothered by that. Also, although bees can travel several kilometres if they have to, they'll always prefer a good supply of nectar and pollen close to home. If you have a large garden or a farm full of good bee forage where you're not using poisonous chemicals, the honey from bees kept in the middle of that space will have less of those poisons in it than honey from bees kept where poisons are used on crops.
You are the bravest person I’ve ever seen. Just rolling up, chopping out a floorboard perfectly and then lifting thousands of bees still attached to it whilst not wearing a bee suit. How?
I like that you showed the opposite hot behavior on the other video, to show people you never know until you’re in the hive, so be prepared for any colony personality
Your eye hook works fine, so, this isn't better of an idea, it's just different. You could also screw onto the floor a handle with a few (4) wood screws. You'll get better control of it. Sometimes I've used 2 handles. So large was that hive!
Love the fact that the home owner wants to keep the bees! ❤
I like the longer, informative videos like this one. I have such an appreciation for bees now since I started watching these videos.
The gear she used, the beehive behaviour explained all very interesting and useful. Useful in the way that I know to never get near a beehive like she does.
And the banana candy smell has now a terrifying new meaning.
New insult unlocked. Queenless behaviour.
Definition: Aggressive, loudmouthed and clumsy.
Wow! Is that what's happening here in the UK? 😂
Amazing
Say what?
Love it! Yes! ❤
Men without women around lose their manners
I love the way she is not just there to do her job and leave , she instead would teach people how to bee respectful with the bees 😢😊❤❤
As someone wanting to avoid the short format altogether, I deeply appreciate the longer videos! ❤
Me too.
As someone allergic to bees, I appreciate your diligence in getting all the bees you can.

What a nice win win situation. I'm a honey addict.❤😅

You are absolutely wonderful! I love watching you explain bees! Awesome! Thank you for posting!
loooved it, glad she kept the bees and you were so nice
Hope you are careful showing your car's plate. You may want to blur it.
So true
I would black it out completely, I have heard, if not censored completely, this could still leave information in the video
Why? Who cares? 😂
I am tracking her currently. You are right.
She lives in Florida, trespassing has consequences💀
But true blur blur
New to channel x I have total bee appreciation. ❤ love the gentle approach to these amazing creatures
We find it easier to screw handles down to the plywood. It is quick and easy to do and makes it simple to lift the plywood and bees.
Very informative video! Thanks for helping to educate and protect this ambitious homeowner.
I've used the handles from hardware stores for like a garage door with 3/4 screws. Just a bit more to hold onto, and with two a bit easier to carry.
I love the beautiful shape the bees built into the floor hive.
You're an amazing young woman! God bless you!!! 💜🙏✌️🎶🌞🍃🎃🍁
I bee watching this immediately!
Jeff Horshoff, (Mr.Ed) puts temporary handles on the board, so he can pick it right up:)
Thanks for sharing that gorgeous smile
I think that most people have no idea of the work/skill involved in bee keeping. It’s an enormous amount of work.
Educational and interesting.
You are wonderful bee Lady awesome Bee Queen LADY!! Thank you so much for saving the awesome creatures!! Kudos to you!!!

An amazing job dear. We have to start our own beehive!
WOW!!! What a unique design.
Great job!
3:50 i didnt knew this, how cool!
I've been following you on Instagram for a while. I used to keep bees, but my back is too messed up now to take care of them. Keep up the good work.
So beautiful! ❤🐝
Beautiful hive
So inspiring. Beautiful work. I would have LOVED to taste this honey. Especially the fermented one, I have never tried.
What lovely, gentle bees!
Your videos= therapy thank you ❤
I love how you tell it all…so very interesting…👍🏻❤️

The comment does not carry any semantic load, it serves to support the channel and gratitude to the Author.
Elisha is gonna reach 1 million subscribers soon. Such a talented beekeeper.
😮😮😮
So cute that it was a learning moment for the son as well :,) Good job!!
2:22 play it a couple of times
This is way cooler than I imagined
Next time put another hook on the board to help you lift and carry.
Thanks!
hi this is awesome!! you can't imagine how much this is my dream job....
1:57 Cool. A couple more eye- hooks and attach a couple rope handles. Easy as pie. I use them when retro fitting crawl space doors in floors.
Mmmm. Fermented honey. Time to make some mead and some candles!
Not gonna lie; I've had to deal with nasty ground hornets and all kinds of weird things from trees covered with thousands of ticks, and ran networking lines under a building with more black widows than I ever wish on anyone. I don't think I've ever been stung by a honey bee.

It was so awesome when you gave that kid a drone! I would still be intimidated, even though it didn’t have a stinger
You are absolutely amazing and awesome lady dear ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Wow I love your videos. You know so much and the way you work is very impressive

She's so brave
Blessings

Well done.
Such a professional !!!
I have learned more from watching you than all of the bee video people combined lol
I remember that in school, I think in the 4th and then 7th grades, we had honeycombs to eat.
I liked it, sort of.
"smaller woman" with a big heart. Love what you are doing.
Great Job!
soo sweet
love your videos xx
So interesting !
The Bees on that pallet is so huge
you can screw handles into plywood with a 1/2 inch screws :-) Mr Ed does in at the ABBY :-)
I love this
I love bees.
magic words "fermented honey" Let's make some mead!

How are they not agitated by being disturbed? Awesome video!
Yay!
Watching you take a bite out of a honeycomb with bees in it 😍👈🏼

Amazing!!!! How do you not get stung over and over????
Good job.👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽🐝🐝🐝🐝
