I could live in that. I would like an option for a dresser instead of the desk in the bedroom. Yes, the cabinets are too high in the kitchen.
I'd really consider this instead of a tiny home (I really like them, but I think this would be an efficient, time-saving, and less expensive option) for my retirement property in Nevada.

Like the layout. Like the separation between kitchen and living room. Dislike that the little loft is so open to the living room. I would have two little girls sleeping there, and they would have trouble getting to sleep if lights and TV were on in the living room.
This is our trailer. My little sister who is 4 has no problem getting to sleep. It has a curtain that blocked out a lot of the light! It’s really impressive

Thanks Andrew! I like this a lot. One thing that would make it better for my liking is if there wasn’t a loft over the bathroom so the ceiling could be higher and maybe a window in the bathroom!!
I would rather have a dresser in the bedroom, not a desk. And I would love a porcelain toilet.

Even if I would skip both sofas next to the TV to put two desktops there for the perfect "remote working couple layout". A fold-down mirror attached to the ceiling for the bedroom turns the desktop / workstation into a perfect dressing table for the lady.
