This live recording of the game and the voice over captured my attention much more than when you're just sitting in front of a microphone and a camera at home talking about your games. I definitely like this format.

My favorite chess content is OTB footage with postgame analysis in voice-over. I get to understand the key moments and takeaways of the game, know your mindset during those moments, and hear about how you interpreted your opponent's reactions, all while watching two people sit face-to-face playing over a board instead of looking at floating heads staring at computer screens. The latter isn't bad, but I like the added layers of the former. Would love to see more, thanks!

Something you could try: CoffeeChess does it so that the game occurs, and then afterwards they analyze any important moments that may have occurred during the game. This is a really good video, possibly my favourite gotham chess video ever behind stockfish vs mittens. I’m not anywhere near as good as you at this stuff, and the ambience, set up of the camera and the softness of your voice was honestly great to just chill and watch a bit of chess (which i really enjoyed). However there was, as you noticed yourself saying “i don’t really know what to say here” and getting a bit caught up trying to think of something to say, maybe a little too much talking. i think it would’ve been a nice touch if you had simply ended your sentence with a smooth cut to just listening to the ambience and looking at the game. And then once the move is made, you can come back in with some explination. Just a suggestion, you probably won’t even see this lol
