I also havent found a tutorial. There is subreddit answer by logitech that the headband is non-removable. I say bull shit.
I Believe the height adjustment mechanism can be snapped out but i'm hesitant to do it myself.

@sulinity if you snap on the “L” and “R” plates over the headpiece, I think you should be able to slide it off and they snap back on!!
But I think you have to take apart the headphones
