I tested it in iOS 7 it worked I download the 2.7.1 version of UA-cam and worked for me but I recommend not doing this but it crashes but quickly click the share button and it won’t crash Edit: it doesn’t crash anymore after 1 day

Yes you can! iOS 9 and 10 requires the least amount of work since you just change version on iOS 8 you downgrade to version 11.49 and than change it to the newest one and it will work unsure about iOS 7 but if it works on iOS 6 8 9 and 10 you Probably can on iOS 7
