Hydrotherapy did help with general rehab. After six years my left knee is still less flexible than before, but no pain, unless it bends beyond it's comfort 'zone'.
@@alankimber8958 thanks for responding. Can you remember the exercises that you did which focused on improving your knee bend? Even if it was land based exercises
Did you find that hydrotherapy helped increase your range of movement? I'm considering if and keen to understand whether I should go down this route
