If there is a config for doing a jumpthrow then a config for jump shot should be possible right? If so Evonz can you please help me, like tell me what to change?

Yup, there are a few binds for jumpthrows, for example:
bind "x" "+jump; -attack; -jump" would bind "x" to a jumpthrow. There are a few binds with an alias too.
As far as jumpshots go though, there is no "bind" per se - your best bet then is shooting when you are at the biggest height possible, that way your bullets will be the most accurate.
