In this workout we work the deep core muscles as well as other abdominal muscles that are often missed like our obliques, this workout is great for all levels 💕

Offering lessons on jumps, spins, choreography, choreo polishing, skating skills and tricks (spirals, split jumps, etc.)

I started doing this without a ball, but then it looked like it would be so much better with, so paused and went and got one of my grandsons', similar in size to what you are showing but has these soft rubbery spikes. Actually, felt kind of good on the back. Massage and "acupuncture" as I worked out.

can you do longer class for the feeet, balance, boooty
thighs, feeet, lots of archess of the feeet showing. Side view glutes, rub thighs and legs. Countdown say up and down, "pulse" a lot
