Zero Tolerance policies. The most asinine punishment process in human history. The defendant and the prosecution get the exact punishment. You get into a fight and don't even retaliate? You get the same punishment if you had fought back. Where does that happen in real life? "Judge, I shot this man." "Well, the man you shot and you are getting life in prison." Just WTF?
Story 5, in case anyone doesn't know what happened the oop for the relationship post was Jason, aka JasonInHell, and his ex wife Brandi Worley had cheated on him with the neighbor and the reason why she killed their children is that she wanted to hurt Jason by making sure that if she couldn't have them, then he couldn't as well. This evil bitch planned out the murder and committed it while Jason was sleeping in the house. I hope wherever Jason is, he's in a better place, and no longer has to deal with Brandi's flying monkey parents. Edit: She literally told him after she killed the children " ‘Now you can’t take the kids from me."
That's the kind of thing that would drive many to get a certain weapon known for its blast area and lethality and take out the ex - and perhaps as much of her family as possible - due to feeling there is nothing left
if anything she took the kids away from herself lol they are in haven and the idiot is in hell soo yeah Jason wins on that part. karma is a bitch. also for the parents blaming jason clearly are the reason for his wife to act like this. because the are nothing but self centered a-holes
@roxythefemalefox3523 it got worse, at least until Jason stepped in. They actually wanted one of the plots next to where the kids are buried for them to bury Brandi (the lunatic in question) alongside them. Fortunately, Jason caught wind of this and managed to buy both plots that are adjacent to his kids. He did say that he felt that this was a bit petty. Under these circumstances, it absolutely isn't.
@@typeoddnamehere2362 those kids shouldn’t have their mom buried next to them. She killed them, so why should they be buried together? You’d be putting the victims next to the murder.
Brother: Dad! Sister made me touch a lamp and it burned me! Me: Did she force you to, or tell you to. Brother: She told me it wasn't hot. Me: Well, now you have two lessons to learn then.
14:41 Could still file for Animal Neglect and Emotional Trauma. There's not enough money in the world to compensate for all that baggage, when your family wants to hate you. @Mainly Fact, I hope this one's not too "Over-The-Top" for you to use in later events.
That's why you learn to tell authority to fuck right off and do what you want. You are your own man, yes? They can't handle your bully. You must. Take advantage and make the bully learn his lesson. Even if it gets you expelled. Take advantage of the freedom.
The most unfair things i have seen are: A boy who did suicide. He killed himself (suicide) by his Father's gun. His suicide was made aware to 4chan and people (monsters) harassed his family and even went as far as to making a profile somewhere online to mock his death. A few things to note here is that he was stressed on a ipod music player and someone his family or friends called him "Hero" in a final comments note. 4chan joked out of it, made a profile dedicated to him, turned "hero" into a meme (You could see in some old memes jokes which contain word "Hero"), harassed his family, and this specific image where a 4channer places a Ipod music player onto the boy's grave with a caption something like "Is this which is all the fuss about?". Mind this was back when being edgy was considered "Cool.". Some people laughed without knowing it's history. The Porsche Girl. All i know about it is a woman got into a gruesome accident. It was bad, her car was wrapped around a pole. IDK if this is 4chan specific, but some mentally disturbed people found it and took joy in her death, some sent her father pictures of the accident, the father was very traumatized. In the end, he hired a person to sort out his work messages and gore pictures and inform him about his work and work related stuff, his work related status, and his work status. This one is a bit recent i think. It's Discord Orbiter Killer It's about this guy who's life is trashy/wasted. Firstly, a word which i want to tell the meaning of, that is "Orbiter". It means like simp but more dedicated i guess. Our story starts with a shady adult male. He is an Orbiter or becomes a Orbiter. He meets a Introverted Minor girl who is still in school who has Social Anxiety and i think she suffers from PTSD too. Being a person who is a Introverted Minor and suffering from Social Anxiety and PTSD, she is a bit shy and reserved, maybe even a bit afraid to approach someone specially who is a male. And because of that, she uses social media. (Mind i add she is pretty attractive, even cute if you will) People like her and eventually she has a Orbiter community. She and the Druggie (Discord Orbiter Kiiller) met and they got mixed pretty well. Eventually, they both became BF-GF. One night she and him go to a dance bar, and she kisses someone. Druggie though emotionally destroyed plays it off as it is nothing and even laughs about it a little bit. After that, some time later, she got killed by him. He posted her dead pictures on her Discord Server. Pics posted with the caption something like "Sorry, boys, but it looks like you gotta Orbit some other girl/girls.". He was later caught though. Before getting arrested, he tried suicide, but it wasn't successful. A bunch of sad incel psychopathic losers posted her murder pics all over instagram, some of their kind joked on her murder and said that she deserved it. And Instagram's moderation did jack diddly about it, I saw a comment someone made in this story's comments that they reported It but Instagram didn't removed it stating that it doesnt go against their guidlines. I didn't knew Instagram's moderation sucked this much in past. Very few things have changed though. Fuck, these were stressful.
My ex abused me and when i called the cops they believed him over me. Even when I had bruises forming they still didn't take him to jail Even when i was bleeding from my knee they didn't take him to jail... I'm female Agender he's male Agender
The first story is absolutely tragic and it makes me so mad that the teachers didn’t give a shit. THE VIEWER FUCKING SAID TO THE TEACHER THE PREVIOUS EVENTS.
Some of these stories are why I don't believe in karma, Good; honest, genuine human beings get and die of cancer when absolute pieces of crap have nothing bad happen to them.
I know. Like, just saying the s-word isn't as bad because it could literally mean anything in our vernacular. But hearing that over and over, when a good bit of the population doesn't know what it is (I just learned this year or last year) and a lot of us can't even "make" it. GROSSSSSS!
The word "Smeg" has nothing to do with anything gross. It was invented on the British SCiFi comedy Red Dwarf as a swear word for the future. The writer who invented it says he just made a random word, and didn't think it was short for that other word.
I was born and my older sister (the middle) was so "hated" by our mom, she was sent to live with our aunts for like 2-3 years when I was 8-10/11. I feel like if I had never been born, she wouldn't have been the abused middle child who has mental health issues worse than mine. So what I'm saying is: because I as born, my mom favored me over my sister and was really messed up because of it.
I have something i told this sometimes So around the early 2000's i was at a private school for kids who was in the system( kids who was juvie) or too much for the school system to handle so i was sent to one of them schools so there i was bulled for the smallest things being Jewish bulled , loved soft fluffy things bulled , being sensitive with your emotions bulled i was targeted for everything that wasn't up there standards. And the teachers they didn't care one bit except one teacher who tried her best to help me let cant . Let i still remember and have nightmares of this one day . So one day the class was coming back from a trip i think it was to a nature reserve so we stop for ice cream and well i was able to go first let me being a kid I stuck my tongue out at one of the kids bully me then He snitched on me and told the teacher and well they stuff me in the car locked me in child safety lock on . Then he did the same back to me let the teacher did nothing no form of punishment .... Then in 2005 it happened. I was having a rough day instead of giving me the counselor to talk about it. They stuff me in ISS to " let me burn out " I think I was in there for at least 2 hours before two members of staff toss a floor mat in front of me. Grabbed me. Put me on the mat holding me down and then put my arms and legs behind my back for no apparent reason. I just screamed. I didn't know what the hell they were doing to me. It wasn't fair. I was just a kid having a bad day and they made me at worse. Few moments later Don't remember clearly. I remember my caseworker running into the room. See me and being really angry at the staff and me by the arm and said I'm taking you home and I'm calling the police and I'm going to make sure you're in a better school. Just say the following year in 2006 I was a really special program Sorry for the long rant. I just need to vent since most people don't know how much abuse can affect somebody's personality down the line and having trust problems
teachers as always doormats because they don't get paid for it. Honestly this is why i don't worked as teacher. Because if i see that, i don't care if you're the principal, a teacher, or even a kid, or even the parents you will get beaten up HARD. And i mean ... VERY VERY HARD. A good beat up is how jerks learn their lesson all the time. A good beat up is good when it goes against jerks because it teaches them the lesson "consequences always came in some form", and a constant beat up to jerk people make them fear of you and the same consequences always will came to them. Also , do you know the gender who committed most misogynistic acts .... are females? Because if something teaches me, women tend to be more outright sexist against any gender.
First time really sharing a story but the unfair thing I've experienced is probably to do wity my sister. I dont like her and she doesn't like me, we never had a good relationship yet people still keep saying shes your sister and you need to have a relationship with her, its only said to me though and never to her,why do I have to be the one to do all the work. I'm to the point where i just wanna disown her, I have a friend staying with me and my mom now (my sister lives witg my dad), me and my friend are better sisters than my actual sister. And one time we had stuff up at dads house and we were moving it somewhere else, my friend couldn't find her lava lamp, to no surprise at all though my sister had taken it without asking and when we finally got it back did she get in trouble for stealing something that wasn't hers, nope didn't even get a talk about it
The way school works with law is a problem but I think with the USA system it's even worse than France (for example). The justice system in France works roughly on the basis of "You're considered innocent and your guilt is to be proven" which is also a lot more human than the opposite which is actually how American justice system is. (And also just a comment from myself but it's kinda stupid because proving innocence when considered guilty can be much harder than proving guilt when considered innocent)
8:55 the law is proven guilty, until proven innocent. So in away, the teachers are preparing students for the real world. It's telling the kids that the real world is unfair.
My theacher ignorer the fact that i was bullied for 6 years so when i finnaly snapped i got in trouble for and the theacher said shevwas disseponted in me
Grass, often taken for granted, is a ubiquitous and essential component of our natural environment. It blankets vast landscapes, from manicured lawns to sprawling meadows and rolling prairies. This unassuming plant, though seemingly simple, plays a profound role in our lives and ecosystems. In this essay, we will explore the significance of grass, its diverse species, ecological importance, cultural relevance, and the various ways in which it enriches our world. Botanical Diversity of Grass The grass family, scientifically known as Poaceae, is one of the most diverse and extensive plant families on Earth. It encompasses over 11,000 species, each uniquely adapted to its environment. Grasses vary in size, shape, and growth habits, ranging from the towering bamboo to the delicate tufts of ornamental grasses in our gardens. Their adaptability allows them to thrive in diverse climates, from the Arctic tundra to the arid deserts, making them a vital component of nearly every terrestrial ecosystem. Ecological Importance Grass, often regarded as the unsung hero of ecosystems, serves a multitude of ecological functions. Perhaps one of its most critical roles is soil stabilization. Grasses have deep, fibrous root systems that help prevent soil erosion, making them instrumental in maintaining the structural integrity of landscapes. Their presence ensures that fertile topsoil is retained, preventing it from being washed away by rain or blown away by wind. Moreover, grasses are primary producers in many food chains. They serve as a food source for herbivores, such as deer, bison, and cattle. In turn, these herbivores support carnivores like wolves and big cats. Without the foundational role of grasses, entire ecosystems would unravel, leading to imbalances in biodiversity. Grasslands, characterized by extensive stretches of grasses, are home to some of the world’s most iconic and endangered species. The African savanna, for instance, is inhabited by elephants, lions, and giraffes, all of which depend on grasses as a significant part of their diet. Protecting these grasslands is crucial for the conservation of these majestic creatures and the preservation of global biodiversity. Grass and Human Civilization Human civilization has an intimate relationship with grass, dating back thousands of years. Agriculture, one of the most significant developments in human history, relies heavily on grasses. Wheat, rice, corn, and barley are all grass species that form the foundation of our food supply. These crops have sustained populations, shaped economies, and influenced cultures around the world. Furthermore, grasses have shaped the way we live, particularly in the context of our built environments. Lawns, often composed of grass species like Kentucky bluegrass and Bermuda grass, are a staple of suburban life. They provide aesthetically pleasing landscapes for recreation and relaxation, fostering a sense of connection to nature in urbanized areas. Cultural Significance Grass has found its way into the cultural tapestry of many societies. In ancient civilizations, grass was used for various purposes, including thatching roofs, weaving baskets, and crafting mats. Native American cultures, for example, employed various grasses in the construction of traditional housing, such as tipis and wigwams. Moreover, grass has been a source of inspiration for poets and artists. The lush green of a grassy field has symbolized renewal, growth, and vitality in countless works of literature and art. It has been a recurring motif in the pastoral tradition, representing an idyllic countryside where people can escape the hustle and bustle of urban life. Grass in Modern Society In contemporary society, grass has taken on new roles and challenges. Urbanization and the expansion of infrastructure have led to the fragmentation and destruction of natural grasslands. This loss of habitat threatens countless plant and animal species, some of which are on the brink of extinction. Additionally, the maintenance of lush lawns in urban areas consumes vast quantities of water and chemicals, contributing to environmental issues such as water scarcity and pollution. As we confront the realities of climate change, reevaluating our approach to landscaping, including the use of native grasses and xeriscaping techniques, becomes increasingly important. Conclusion In conclusion, grass is far more than just a simple plant that carpets our Earth; it is a cornerstone of ecosystems, a source of sustenance, and a symbol of culture and renewal. Its incredible diversity and adaptability have allowed it to thrive in a wide range of environments, shaping the landscapes we know today. As we move forward, we must recognize the vital role that grass plays in our lives and ecosystems and strive to protect and sustain it for future generations. Whether beneath our feet or stretching across the horizon, grass is a symbol of life and a reminder of the interconnectedness of all living things on this planet.

For every ten suicides committed, seven are men. All the men who cry are called babies and are insulted, whereas the women are praised for 'letting it out.' Child custody cases are often heavily sided in favor of mothers. It is exceptionally rare for a mother to pay child support to a father when they divorce. A divorce is usually favored towards the woman. Girls are praised for liking 'manly' things, whereas men who like girly things are typically looked down upon. Three words can ruin a man's life, even if they hold no truth: He r*ped me. Women typically serve less time for sexual charges than men. Men who are sexually violated by women are told that it didn't happen due to 'men always wanting sex'. And yet we exist in a patriarchy?
We (humanity) lived in a patriarchy. Now, we live in a sexist world either on the female or male part is dominant. Sometimes not, but having favouritism on something is ridiculous.
We aren't human beings. We're human DOINGS. We are worthless in women's eyes unless we have a fat stack of cash, a big house, a fast car, and a nice body. Learn to accept that and use it to your advantage.
@@bjarkiengelsson By that ideal a woman is worthles if she does not give birth, not cook, not marry, not clean everything in the house, not have a gorgeous body with make up and dresses that attract men and her husband is not the succesful man you described. Humans make both sides think they are unworthy if not make the minimum requirements.
@@ryanrios4328 A woman has that power, that prestige, and holds higher intrinsic value than us. Throughout history we men have been expendable. Warriors, workers, chattle.. Our worth comes from what we do with our hands and what we build. Not from the ability to create life, carry child, nurse and nurture, and heal.

My dad has shouted at me over the stupidest things ever. No wonder my parents got a fucking divorce. I’m not surprised that they’re no longer married, he’s an ass. Always taking anger out on me. It felt like my sibling was the favorite for a while. I never saw him shouting at them. Only me. He may have shouted at them from time to time, but for me, it felt more frequent.
Sorry about that. Whoever you are or wherever you are, you truly are special. ❤
Zero Tolerance policies.
The most asinine punishment process in human history. The defendant and the prosecution get the exact punishment. You get into a fight and don't even retaliate? You get the same punishment if you had fought back.
Where does that happen in real life?
"Judge, I shot this man." "Well, the man you shot and you are getting life in prison."
Just WTF?
Remember when you grow up it's always an option to throw hands, even if there will be consequences after.
@@roxythefemalefox3523 Not only did Brandi's shit mother try to blame Jason, but she tried to make a gofundme for Brandi.

The most unfair things i have seen are:
A boy who did suicide.
It's Discord Orbiter Killer
It's about this guy who's life is trashy/wasted.
How the f is this entire comment on display, there is no see more button, just the entire comment. HOW?

Even when i was bleeding from my knee they didn't take him to jail...

The first story is absolutely tragic and it makes me so mad that the teachers didn’t give a shit. THE VIEWER FUCKING SAID TO THE TEACHER THE PREVIOUS EVENTS.

Story 3 was really sad

The dad in the lamp story was outright abusive and that should not be overlooked, I hope that OP is able to go no-contact
Some of these stories are why I don't believe in karma, Good; honest, genuine human beings get and die of cancer when absolute pieces of crap have nothing bad happen to them.
The most unfair thing ever, was frequently watching Mainly Facts videos, every day, until the other narrator kept saying Smeg 200 times a video...
I agree, it's gross and completely unnecessary; but the narrator that says "smeg" is on the Mostly Facts channel.
Huh?
I know. Like, just saying the s-word isn't as bad because it could literally mean anything in our vernacular. But hearing that over and over, when a good bit of the population doesn't know what it is (I just learned this year or last year) and a lot of us can't even "make" it. GROSSSSSS!
Wrong channel, but it is annoying.
The word "Smeg" has nothing to do with anything gross. It was invented on the British SCiFi comedy Red Dwarf as a swear word for the future. The writer who invented it says he just made a random word, and didn't think it was short for that other word.
final story. Voices join me in our never ending chant: BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD!
I have something i told this sometimes
So around the early 2000's i was at a private school for kids who was in the system( kids who was juvie) or too much for the school system to handle so i was sent to one of them schools so there i was bulled for the smallest things being Jewish bulled , loved soft fluffy things bulled , being sensitive with your emotions bulled i was targeted for everything that wasn't up there standards. Just say the following year in 2006 I was a really special program
Sorry for the long rant.

A federal judge just ruled in a case that police can come up with probably cause AFTER an arrest, so I’m gonna give it to the defendant in that case
Yeah, Technoblade's death was just shocking and upsetting. I thought he was getting better. Obviously not.

8:55 the law is proven guilty, until proven innocent. So in away, the teachers are preparing students for the real world.
It's telling the kids that the real world is unfair.
But the students don't actually get to defend themselves.

Botanical Diversity of Grass
The grass family, scientifically known as Poaceae, is one of the most diverse and extensive plant families on Earth.
Ecological Importance
Grass, often regarded as the unsung hero of ecosystems, serves a multitude of ecological functions.
Grass and Human Civilization
Human civilization has an intimate relationship with grass, dating back thousands of years.
Cultural Significance
Grass has found its way into the cultural tapestry of many societies.
Grass in Modern Society
In contemporary society, grass has taken on new roles and challenges.
Conclusion
In conclusion, grass is far more than just a simple plant that carpets our Earth; it is a cornerstone of ecosystems, a source of sustenance, and a symbol of culture and renewal.
TF?
Are you telling us we need to touch grass? 🤔
Story 12 so true

HI
That first story I would sue the school to kingdom come
Story 8: the brother is a GIGANTIC DOUCHEBAG & the parents really need to do something to sort him out.
story 8. WTF you where kicked out of your room? what the heck is wrong with these parents.
I had a brother that was three years younger we went to the same summer camp up in the mountains in North Carolina the girls were segregated from the boys and they were put in cabins according to their ages and the girls didn't have access to the boys side of the camp and so on so forth when we came home from summer camp my brother had taken a picture of a boys genitals my mother beat the living s***because she said that he wouldn't do anything like that and it had to be me
When my brother was older he hid his beer and wine in the rain barrel I didn't drink at the time but I got the living s*** be out of me for that he was always her Golden child
in story 1 he said that she has sexually assaulted him why didn't he call the police?
