FUN FACT: Just like with Star Wars, F-Zero’s 2 different timelines can be referred to as CANON and LEGENDS. CANON includes the events of F-Zero SNES, X, GX, and MV while LEGENDS includes the events of the anime and both of its games, F-Zero GP Legend and Climax.
This really makes wonder if we are gonna get a new timeline for the next game or followup to gx or anime. Honestly kind of hoping for CF/Phoenix lead game
