I LOVE this thing !!!!! FULL BODY workout can easily be done. And I mean FULL BODY !!!!! I’m 6’4 210… wide frame.. nothing is impossible… if you apply some creativity… this thing is limitless !!!!! Great video 🤘🏻

@@dadofsevendoesitall9341 What is the maintenance like? Ever thought about changing out the pulleys? It looked like the front upright was bowing a little bit on your first set of rows. Any weight concerns? How is it for lighter weight movements? Sorry for all of the questions. Thank you for the review and taking time to answer my questions.
@@gvwolf3 Thanks for the questions! When I row on it, it is definitely at or close to the machine's capacity. I thought about that this morning when I did prone rows and I dropped the carriage one notch so there would be less pressure on the upright. I haven't looked into changing out the pulleys...yet, but it is on the radar. I do spray the upright that the weight is on with some WD-40 to make it a little smoother but it isn't on ball bearings so there is a little friction. Lighter weight movements are great especially for shoulders: upright rows, crucifix lateral, neck work. I'll get a video for those as well. Thanks for watching!
@@dadofsevendoesitall9341 That is helpful! Thank you! I was concerned that there would be too much friction for lower weight movements but sounds like it is smooth enough. Thanks!
I have been doing a FULL BODY workout on this for almost a year (Dec)…. If you sit on the floor.. lat pulldowns are easy (I’m 6’4) forward & reverse style.. for the price.. functionality.. and creatively implemented exorcises that can be done…. $ very much well spent.
Hey man! Are you using Olympic sized 45's on the inside? Do they work okay? Debating grabbing one of these but all of my plates are Olympic size and not the one inch holes. Thanks!
Thanks for a great review! Like most garage gym owners, I'm limited for space. I have a heating duct running alongside the stud where I would mount this unit. So, no clearance issues for the 25" required at the base but I'm very limited for space at the top of the unit. The very top of the unit looks to be shaped a bit like a "T". How wide is that at the widest point?
@@dadofsevendoesitall9341 Huge ask! Any way you can measure it exactly. I reached out to Titan and no response. If it's 9", I can do it. If it's 10", probably not. Where I'd need to put it, the space is that tight. Thanks!
Good stuff. I have been thinking about getting one of these for my garage/“home gym”. Looks like a useful machine. Thank you.
It's great. You'll love it. Maybe get two and you can do crossover work. Thanks for watching!

How do you do chest workouts on this tho?

Thanks, Awesome, wholesome video. Just bought one of these and starting to work out with my 13 year old son.
That’s some great time to spend with your 13-year-old. Thanks for watching!
Great review. Thanks
You bet! Thanks for watching!

Great idea using the bench! Now I don’t have to get Titian seated row machine.
I wouldn’t! Plus if you have longer arms you can place a 2x4 between the bench and machine and have plenty range of motion. Thanks for watching!
Do you think it's possible to do lat pulldowns on this without having something to hold your body down? Great review :)
If you had the attachments and the weight is

Yeah work great! The arms are a little slanted so you don’t need collars and they won’t fall off. Thanks for watching!
How did you mount it to the wall? We’re stuck at this part. Great video!!!
I ran a bolt through a 2x4 at the top then screwed the 2x4 into studs in the wall. Thanks for watching!

It’s only about 9-10 inches wide at the top. Less than half as wide as the base. Thanks for watching!

9.25 inches. Get one!
That’s such a big help bro! Thanks again. I ordered it!
The front bar on mine has bent slightly from 6 months of doing rows. Have you noticed the same with yours? Wondering if it'll eventually give way.
I haven’t but I think it’s a matter of time.
A dad of 7, with the dad joke "I never fully titaned it" Eye rolls included in the work out
Pun intended.
Why does the pulley sound when you do a Pull-Up?
I believe the sound you’re referring to is actually the carriage sliding up the silver beam. There’s no bearing or anything so it does drag a little.
Lol kids coming to talk to you in the middle of a lift. Glad to see I'm not the only one. I love my kids more than life itself, but seriously kids.
I’ve had kids come in screaming while I was fighting for one last rep. Absolutely impeccable timing!
what is the heaviest you have loaded it?
180 pounds
quick question, is this pulley tower 84 inches tall? thanks :)
It’s 80 inches, the shorter model. 84 would be better for additional range of motion. Thanks for watching!
@@dadofsevendoesitall9341 thanks for the prompt reply!
How abt chest fly or crossover?
I don’t think so. The best option would be a pair of them which I’ve thought about. Thanks for watching!
