Been working hard to try and get better at this game and start competing with the Elite players at the top of the online leaderboards. But are we ready to compete with them just yet? Let's give it a go!
This was filmed on PS5 and I'm using the Logitech G29 wheel and pedals + shifter to drive :)

Learn to left foot brake, feels wierd at first but there is a reason real rally drivers do it! Great driving bro

Crazy that this whole thing was done without any left foot braking and in 3rd person view while using a wheel
I tried to brake with right foot and it don’t feel right. Saying that, I’m just average player.
it's simply amazing this guy is so fast considering he's braking with his right foot :D
now i'm thinking might there be an advantage to that?

Bro, do you race in this view? Or is it just for replay? I ask because Wheel don’t seem responsive enough when I try it. Also, what percentage of forcefeedback do you use? I’m always undecided if my forcefeedback should be higher or lower . I think I generally have it set to about 75-80%

@@Storm_RX learning on controller currently have donr real well on dirt 2.0 but completely different physics to what I'm used 2 🤣
@@NzRiCk0 Nice man, keep at it! Yeah the physics on both games are very different so it can be tough to go between the 2, always takes me a while to adjust 😆
because on wrc 10 if I use manual gearbox with h gearbox does it make me change even without the clutch?

Overall Force: 80
Self aligning torque: 130
Tyre load: 116
Overall vibration: 60
Also max wheel angle is 540 degrees 👍

What settings do I have to change to get my g29 to work with this game on Ps5? I’m sure I have to change steering linearity or other steering setting but nothing works. I can not control car as it don’t do what I input. So gutted I bought wrc9,10 and generations , recently. I was so annoyed about wrc10 that I didn’t even try the other games.
Hi mate, sorry if obvious question but have you tried first decreasing the steering rotation angle down to make it more sensitive?
@@Storm_RX hi, I actually did a google search for settings and I’m sure I copied settings for Logitech g920? And it worked great for my Logitech g29. I guess they kinda same wheel. I started a season first because don’t have to mess with team. When I started it , there was a difficulty slider and it was set at 100. Because I’m new to Wrc 10 I lowered it to 85 and I was winning races with up to 50 seconds on over 20 races. After season ended, I started new season and set difficulty up to about 90 and now I lose every race by up to 30 seconds. I’m really hoping I can improve.
what handbrake do you use to work with playstation?
Unfortunately the handbrake I have only works on PC, it is just fixed to the desk but couldn’t use it for this run :(

@@Storm_RXreally? I’ve been playing wrc10 for awhile but without a gear shifter. I’m planning to buy I think it’s the Fanatec clubsport SQ Shifter. Little expensive at €280 but it’s really great quality and worth every penny. Actually, I don’t drive in real life so changing gears without clutch will probably help me out. I just have to go with sequential shifter because the h pattern seems really complicated. If you do see this comment, does it ever annoy you, using a gear stick shifter, in game? Like I notice not only you but all racers take 1 hand off the wheel, every couple of seconds to change gear and call me weird but that seems extremely annoying. Like if I drove a car in real life, I can deff see the fun in changing gears, just driving normally but in a racing game, ya constantly changing gears. I’ve put off buying shifter for ages because I don’t want the disappointment of being shit and have to sell it 😂
@@grahamkelly8662 Hi mate! I personally don’t find it annoying, it adds to the immersion for me and I actually choose to always use sequential gear shifting rather than paddle shifting on the wheel itself. It just feels better/more fun in my opinion so I wouldn’t be worried :)

Hi mate 👍 You would need to use a Fanatec ClubSport, Thrustmaster TSS or Aiologs handbrake with the DriveHub to make it work on PS4 with the g29

This handbrake is a Muge Racing USB handbrake but it’s only compatible with PC, doesn’t work on console sadly :(

@@Muail_7 Okay that’s very strange.. Are you able to navigate the menus in the game using the wheel? Are you definitely signed into your PS5 user account using the G29? (Sorry if stupid question just trying to piece it all together as it should definitely work!)

If you disable all assists you’ll notice trail cam is one of them. Do it without assists.
I don’t play with any assists on but I’ve done a more recent in cockpit view and managed a faster time. Thanks for the advice 👍

Great drive.... I can't understand how can someone drive using a wheel and this camera!!! For me it is totally broken, and just can't, and it drives immersion to zero...
Thanks man, yeah totally fair comment. I often do this view when doing videos, just so people can see the car that’s being driven, but I do enjoy cockpit view and often play in that view also. Just depends what mood I’m in really :)
