Bakery Machine Mechanical Overhaul

Here we have a short video of a mechanical overhaul we have carried out on a Mono bread moulding machine from a commercial bakery.
The machine has had the following:
x14 new bearing units
x2 new V-belts
x1 new Tsubaki ½" Chain
x1 new Tsubaki Pilot Bore sprocket
x4 repaired and recoated rollers
General cleaning & replacement of damaged fasteners.
Machine still requires more parts to enable it to integrate properly with the rest of the plant - mostly metalwork like guards, guide rails and shoots.
