5:10 Not King OF Prussia, only King IN Prussia. From 1772 on he was the King OF Prussia. 8:30 No. She was not even crowned. Her husband was emperor, she was only empress consort. She had all the austrian, hungarian, bohemian etc. titles in her own right.
One significant mistake in the video was when you said Frederick the Great broke the truce and attacked Prague...he didn't break the truce, the Austrians did...bavaria was allied to Prussia and thus when Austria attacked bavaria they broke the truce and Frederick was required to fight Austria as part of the alliance treaty. The way you said it was both incorrect and also made Frederick look bad when hes actually one of the best generals of all time. Hes even better than napoleon bonaparte was.(in napoleons own words, not just mine).
I think they have already done a video on tbe Spanish succession. Pretty sure I've already seen it before. Thats why it seems like it should have been released first. Because it already has i think...
Maria Theresa was archduchess of Austria and Queen of Hungary but she never get the imperial crown because no woman could ascend to the Holy Roman Empire throne. She only inherited the Habsburg territories, but the emperor elected was theoretically her husband
The war of the austrian succession. Very nice what is next the war of the spanish succession, both war are connected granted the spanish should be first and then the austrian but is all right you do what video you want to do because your videos are amazing history video takes alot of work so you do what you want keep it up

@evanneal4936 i check and no there is no proper video and yes is mention hear and there especially in the Habsburg video but a video like this no there is not
Maria Theresa was NOT Holy Roman Empress in her own right. That was the whole point of the war. The pragmatic sanction could change the rules to allow a woman to inherit the hereditary Hapsburg lands, but the Emperor was elected and a woman could never be Emperor. Her husband was elected Emperor and after his death, her son.
Nice vids could be the war of Spanish succession, the war of Polish succession, the revolutions of 1848, the Italian and German unifications, the Austro-Prussian war in general, and the full history of the Bourbons

You are correct. The prince-electors chose her husband as the emperor-elect.
like the AI images, his videos describe a vaguely proximate world to the real one

I really think this channel had the potential to become great, but starting with mispelling “Austrian” and using ai portraits is not a good start :(
