It initially was that way but Sinner has surpassed Rybakina in terms of progress and accomplishments.
Rybakina is a lot more lazy with her movement and intent on the court, she needs to fix that and stop getting so sick all of the time to protect her ranking and start gaining on the leaders again.

Hey Tennis Channel: Besides not providing mike stands for anyone here... Why just the single camera shot typically showing all 3 here? Why no close up shots on Emma? We see the announcers all the time!... Do they have a contract saying that they always have to be in the shots?!
On TV they used different shots, but they showed Gauff's match side by side. For some reason it is too difficult for them to re-edit this interview with multiple camera angles.

I'm glad that Sabalenka is out. I just could not understand why the WTA allows that over the top shrieking noise from her. It's downright cheating. I thought Sharapova was loud but she's even louder.

Well, let’s see how they play a match.
Their match in Auckland says otherwise. Routine 3 and 1 win for Coco. Emma's a really good player, though. If she's better than Coco, I guess we'll see her in the WTA top-2 soon. Let's see.
I think too early to say. Consistency is lacking in women's tennis. Short bursts of very good results and then quickly fading to ordinary has been the pattern I notice.
